Busy day for me so have a great weekend whoever's still out there keeping this one on their radars!
They run this within next 24hrs. or NAZ delists them. IF they run it, I see .60's+ with wild trading swings. GL
I'm just a casual observer for the simple fact that the majority of NAZ de-listings result in mgmt. at least acknowledging they're going to list on the OTC...something this particular NAZ listed PubCo purposely chose not to state in their NAZ de-listing announcement, which imo is downright scary, because it could mean they're taking it private, at which point good luck finding anyone to buy your shares!
Or maybe they're planning on de-listing and taking it private for reorganization purposes they're still in talks over that may lead to all sorts of possible things like a new merger coming into this public vehicle.
Whatever's going on, we only have a tiny piece of the story to go on as the wheels are already in motion to remove this stock from all stock exchanges, which basically means they're taking it private, even though they didn't come right out and say it glty
$ESTRW: Hubba Hubba.... Count me in on this ACTION !
I like the setup here.
Looks pretty amazing !
It could go like $XELAW is going right now
GO $ESTRW
If they're going private, then the s/h's go private with them right Kallie, meaning it's next to impossible to find anyone who will buy the shareholder shares unless mgmt. has some ultra secret "verbal" plan that they so far are unwilling to even share with market because they have so far been unable to execute it materially.
But as I said in my last reply, if there's a big buyer loading stock since their NAZ de-listing notice, perhaps there's more at work than mgmt. can even tell us yet, but going private to me is usually a scary sign that there's far more problems behind the scenes than simple costs/controls right...otherwise they'd simply say they're dropping down to the OTC, which they definitely didn't choose/elect to do cheers
Someone could be buying that much stock as some sort of an early takeover tactic/maneuver of the tradable float here?
But I have no idea how many preferred shares exist here or how the control block is even set up on this stock so to speak ie: Does the CEO hold a large block of restricted shares? Or does he and/or the BOD's have preferred shares with super voting control rights etc?
But it's definitely strange whenever any NAZ play doesn't at least flat out state that they plan on being quoted on the OTC once they file to go dark and de-list off the NAZ...which is why I honestly think they could be filing for bk protection soon, simply because their own statements are so outside the norm for any big board plays planning on de-listing and filing to go dark right glty
Thank you, they do seem to want to continue but without the filings and without spending 3 million a year to continue on the Nasdaq. People assume they are going to OTC but they are still bound to filings and they also said they do Not want to be listed on any US exchange, quote and link below.
I see a lot of large bids on Friday which makes me wonder why buy? The person that bought 30% of the O/S also makes me wonder how they can do this without their approval. The one thing I am seeing is there have to be less than 300 shareholders when they file on the 24th, so what if there are more? So many uncertainties here just finding the link was a chore there is nothing else anywhere not on TDAmeritrade news never came up obe person had this on ST's.
"In addition, the Company hereby announces its intent to voluntarily delist from the Nasdaq Global Market of The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC (the “Nasdaq”) and to deregister with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) and cease reporting under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”)."

You could be right...> As previously disclosed, the Company continues to face severe liquidity constraints. The Company’s future depends heavily on its ability to sell various operational parts of the Company to create additional liquidity to overcome its present liquidity bottlenecks and also heavily depends on the successful renegotiations of its outstanding debts. The Company’s ability to continue as a going concern and avoid a judicially-supervised reorganization or liquidation process is, therefore, dependent on its ability to generate additional liquidity or otherwise address its liquidity issues in the near term. Therefore, in view of the Company’s severe liquidity constraints, it is necessary for the Company to tightly control its costs and allocation of resources.
The voluntary decision to delist the Company’s ordinary shares and warrants from Nasdaq and to cease to be an SEC reporting company was taken following the Company’s review and consideration of several factors, including assessing ýthe costs and benefits of being a Nasdaq-listed SEC reporting company, including the significant accounting, legal and other administrative costs associated with remaining an SEC reporting company. The costs of continuing to be a Nasdaq-listed SEC reporting company are prohibitive for the Company at this time in light of its current financial position.
In addition, the Company considered the uncertainties of the Company being able to regain and maintain compliance with the Nasdaq requirements for continued listing. On August 8, 2019, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company had received written notifications from Nasdaq that the Company no longer meets the continued listing requirements of maintaining a minimum Market Value of Publicly Held Shares (“MVPHS”) for the Nasdaq Global Market and a minimum bid price of US$1.00 per share of the Company’s listed ordinary shares. The Company has a compliance period of 180 calendar days, or until February 3, 2020, to regain compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum MVPHS requirement and the minimum bid price requirement. There can be no assurance that the Company is able to comply with these requirements and if the Company fails to regain and maintain compliance with the Nasdaq requirements for continued listing, Nasdaq could take action to delist the Company involuntarily.

Weeeeeeee my sell went through east money
Think she'll pop mid .30's first 10 minutes
I guess the reason they aren't revealing their post NAZ delisting plan yet is because they really don't know if they can avoid filing for bk protection. So they kind of did provide some clarity throughout the filing that that may be the reason they didn't simply say they'll drop down to the OTC once delisted off the NAZ...but who really knows, and the market always hates uncertainty glta
Exactly Kallie, that's the 1 quote in the entire filing that's causing so much uncertainty because it raises serious doubt as to wtf they even mean!
Are they taking this company private or moving it to OTC Markets.
That sentence strongly suggests they're not even going to attempt to get quoted on the OTC, hence the huge sell action because they didn't provide enough clarity on their future plan post NAZ delisting!
Grabbed a few for fun
Looking for upper .30's to .40's..
does seem like an overreaction for a voluntary delist
good buy with the 19's

Still holding...
I was wondering how this works did you notice they are going private? They will have to buy the shares back they can't just take our money and leave, I would love to see it hit a dollar before they buy back. I had put a sell in this morning at 5am to sell for .67 it hit .64 so it never sold. You might end up doing real good
Head fake before they run it up and then announce the bad news....only bought $5K worth @.19... Could explode north...games!!! Trade them!
No problem. The most interesting part is this statement below they also have many large investors. I am not sure if they realize they could be in for class action lawsuits over this. I did see a lot of blocks trading today they knew what they were going to do so they likely sold all of their shares. Not convinced this will actually go through they have debt warrants issued people won't be happy. The idiots had plenty of time to get the share price up makes no sense

Thank you for the reply...I posted that it was coming, but didn't see the official news. It's not on FINRA at the moment...hmmm
