IMO that sentence is causing the sell off...because it's far too ambiguous/uncertain as to what that really suggests, when they could've and should've simply said 1 of the 2 following statements instead:
1. We're delisting to the OTC or...
2. We're taking the company private
Hence the huge over-reaction to a simple voluntary NAZ delisting and Form 15 filing which will save the company tons of compliance and reporting/auditing costs.
Will be interesting to see how the rest of this story plays out, especially with the original quoted sentence at the top of this post that strongly suggests/infers they're potentially taking the company private and trying their utmost to stave off filing for bk protection glta
