I agree. I reached out to Dr. Chandra today, to let him know some form of announcement, or even a posted guesstimate on a date-range for the next real announcement, sooner rather than later, would help both investors and the ENZC future quite a bit. (This was over on X.)

Thanks Timing101. OTCMarkets will probably be just as confused as most of us here and will bump ENZC down to the EXPERT level if an updated attorney letter is not submitted soon or now. The attorney letter hopefully will bring some clarity ? Probably Not just... as the rest of other confusing information coming from Harry and whoever the interim CEO now is.

If the attorney letter is appraching the past due status, then the status could be bumped down to the EXPERT level any time any day now.

So if you look at ENZC disclosures , it is apparent that some recent moves have kept this "Fairly" well updated but not to where it is really at a comfort level with OUT an Updated ATTORNEY Letter being put out that is due now. One can see the updated Profile Disclosures here with last week the past Two Year reposted on the annual being done and the Profile shows verified in April , so that is done part of the requirements to stay AT LEAST at YIELD, for a little bit.
However I see a few cracks here where the ATTORNEY LETTER really HAS TO STATE CERTAIN Things and perhaps there is a hang up there , plus still very strange while other names have been updated on the OTC Profile , Steve Sharabura still DOES NOT SHOW THERE on Company Officers.

I expect some notices over the next 30 days that signify ENZC's death knell under Harry, and that hopefully, the CCC gang reclaims control quickly and cleanly. Those returning SAGA shares will be key. I doubt Kostiner dares to challenge the deal's dissolution, and he won't have a dime to do anything anyway. Harry's dead in the water from all current indicators.

2. Harry Z is in REAL TROUBLE here with that PR mentioning Barry K. and SAGA being involved, Plus Barry being involved withDr. L. Ivanov who NOW SHOWS as a Director for ENZC. First there is NO SAGA anywhere , even their office address has now been changed to Barry K. house (in Texas of all places LOL) . PLUS now Barry K had to do a "HARRY" and call Harry Z to see "OH BY THE WAY" I also have some skeletons and one just came out , being sued for TWO MILLION Dollars. SAGA never had any money and if it did it will be returned or other LAW Suits on the way . LOL. What goes around comes around HARRY !!

The SEC didn't take any enforcement actions against Sagaliam - they didn't suspend or revoke SAGA.

Sagaliam was delisted because the market cap was under $50 Million for. 30 consecutive days.

Delinquent filings, undisclosed share issuances, and lack of shareholder approval led to multiple violations of Nasdaq rules, resulting in a delisting notice. Sagaliam Acquisition Corp. received a Nasdaq Hearing Withdrawal letter. The company's market value fell below the required $50,000,000 for 30 days.

Sagaliam Acquisition Corp. was not directly suspended by the SEC, but it did face delisting from the NASDAQ stock exchange due to several compliance issues.

Issues with Sagaliam Acquisition Corp.'s (SAGA) business combination with Virogentics Inc. and Biogenysis, Inc. were one of the reasons the Nasdaq delisted its units and securities on March 8, 2024.

ENZC was always a scam. Otherwise they would have become an SEC reporter and did FDA approved clinical trials.

However for all, this clearly shows that Harry Z is making moves on his own, continuning to do what he has done now for over a decade of in the end trying to CONTROL everything, which normally leads to more issues like is has done here.

NOTE: I have posted all the delisting on NASDAQ of SAGA, The SEC filing by NASDAQ that SAGA is NO LONGER and the FACT that Barry K prior was also the CEO of another OTC Symbol (LEAS) , which when his name came up all my Spider Senses went off (BAD NEWS) months ago. Check this out that Symbol (LEAS) in OTC markets at the time was OTCQB, however NOW for NON SEC REPORTING it is SEC DELIQUENT and not TRADING ALSO. Barry K is bad news and really has NO respect in the Industry .

Harry Z made sure Diana Z showed up as the CSO , changed his title to put Secretary added, Added Felizian Paul and Diana Z (Trustee) as "Insiders " , but no where did Steve Sharabura show up YET . Strange, even if his name shows up on OTC PROFILE , my thought is he will show as "PRESIDENT" as that was his original tile of the "fake" ROBUSTOMED ENZC DIVISION , that was made up to be a buffer for Legal issues Two Plus Years ago , headed by Billy Ray (long time Harry Z culprit) .
