$ENZC Agreed , it is always a start when you see Desparate Moves like Harry Z is doing. However for all, this clearly shows that Harry Z is making moves on his own, continuning to do what he has done now for over a decade of in the end trying to CONTROL everything, which normally leads to more issues like is has done here.
In any case , It appears to have HOLES in it , not doing the proper notifications timely to shareholders , for sure the UNKNOWN of the SAGA SPAC deal with his buddy Barry K . and where the original SHARES ARE and ANY MONIES, that will ALL COME OUT SHORTLY , more to come and one can expect Charles of the Three C's has something already going on. Time will tell

NOTE: I have posted all the delisting on NASDAQ of SAGA, The SEC filing by NASDAQ that SAGA is NO LONGER and the FACT that Barry K prior was also the CEO of another OTC Symbol (LEAS) , which when his name came up all my Spider Senses went off (BAD NEWS) months ago. Check this out that Symbol (LEAS) in OTC markets at the time was OTCQB, however NOW for NON SEC REPORTING it is SEC DELIQUENT and not TRADING ALSO. Barry K is bad news and really has NO respect in the Industry .
