Still holding. The company has great potential but the stock is not looking good right now. The chart sucks, has been hitting the lower bolli almost every day. 52 wk low is .25, I hope we don't visit that! Yes, you are right, we need a meaty PR, no more fluff conference PR's, they obviously don't help. There's been a lot of talk about electric and hybrid cars in the news lately. EEEI should be promoting themselves but I see nothing.

anybody still holding on to EEEI, this past few weeks of sell off has me on edge, but i feel that the market in general has gone that direction. what it has to do with EEEI i am trying to figure out... but, i took an opportunity to double my holdings this past few trading days. i wish we got that UL approval news or that meaty PR soon, i personally feel that stocks such as this one have the best chance for a 3-5x uprun over the next year. glad to see some trading and it making a quick turn up towards the end of the day!

On September 14, 2007, Electro Energy, Inc. (the "Company") received a letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market ("Nasdaq") notifying the Company that it is not in compliance with the requirements for continued listing under Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(4) because the bid price of its common stock for the last 30 consecutive business days had closed below $1.00 per share. Pursuant to Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(8)(D), the Company has been provided an initial period of 180 calendar days, or until March 12, 2008, to regain compliance. The letter states the Nasdaq staff will provide written notification that the Company has achieved compliance with Rule 4310(c)(4) if at any time before March 12, 2008, the bid price of the Company's common stock closes at $1.00 per share or more for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days, although the letter also states that the Nasdaq staff has the discretion to require compliance for a period in excess of 10 consecutive business days, but generally not more than 20 consecutive business days, under certain circumstances.

If the Company cannot demonstrate compliance with Rule 4310(c)(4) by March 12, 2008, the Nasdaq staff will determine whether the Company meets The Nasdaq Capital Market initial listing criteria set forth in Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 4310(c), except for the bid price requirement.
