i tried this in da ibox. it turns out too big to show it.
hi 'wolfster1', this is a good product that i can see from their website.
they just need some good financing and good contracts.
I agree. I do not think that the US military would want Chinese batteries in their gear. They will help this company get off its feet as long as they have a good product.
one thing O/S are reasonable.

This one is going to improve a lot. This will woop GBT. Why would the US military want to use Chinese batteries. Also they are one of a kind. If they perfected the technology look out.
hi and good evening to all. today was a down tick but yesterday EEEI looked good.
contracts tells a story.
this one is getting interesting. Electro Energy awarded $5 mln contract to manufacture military aircraft batteries (EEEI) 0.85 +0.13 :
The Department of defense giving them anothe 5 mil in contracts makes me feel that their battery technology must fit the bill.

Hi Mick, yes they have until 3/31 to comply with the $1.00 NASDAQ bid requirement rule. Hope you and yours are well.
Joe
i looked at the chart. TA a little weak. can you update me on their listing?
hi stromy, doing o.k. family been busy with hospital visits etc. our son-in-law dad fell down and broke his hip.
been reading a lot.
Got another 10k shares on the dip.How are you?
I couldn't agree more with you and feel certain that big new contracts will be announced real soon. This one has a new pair of legs....
Same here. After hearing the WallSt.net interview and being Eric, David & Sons 2008 company of the year, this one is sure to move up. It's going to be a great year for EEEI.
I am not sure. I am thinking that once they start full production early this year. The stock is going to shoot up. There is a similar battery stock in China GBT. It was penny than was ran up. I dumped it though.
I am loading up on this stock. I have a feeling it is going to make a huge run up. They are going to start making cash and receiving orders.
Corporate Summary:
Electro Energy, Inc. engages in the research and development of battery technologies in the United States. It developed and patented bipolar cell and battery designs utilizing NiMH chemistry, as well as expanding development to include Li-ion chemistries. Electro Energy also offers commercial products, including components and batteries employing nickel cadmium, nickel hydrogen, and other sintered nickel materials technologies for military and commercial aerospace and satellite applications. Reasons to Consider this Stock:
Electro Energy, Inc. is dedicated to developing and manufacturing the world’s best batteries for an array of applications
The Company boasts an impressive pipeline of battery products: Bipolar Nickel Metal Hydride, Cylindrical and Wafer Cell Lithium Ion and Super Ni-Cd Prismatic.
Battery products used in various markets: military, aerospace, utility, automotive, power tools, and lawn and garden devices
Bipolar nickel metal hydride has been developed with funding by the United States military as well as the Department of Energy, according to CEO and president Michael Reed; the product is supported by 9 domestic patents and 11 international patents
Reed said the energy storage-rechargeable battery markets are growing at a swift rate due to the demand of cell phones and notebook computers, to hybrid and electric vehicles and large storage devices for utility applications
“The bottom line is that people in this mobile society need more and more energy in a smaller, lighter, more powerful, and less-costly package,” said Reed
Electro Energy possesses the only high volume, U.S.-based manufacturing facility for lithium ion cells in Gainesville, Fla., according to Reed
According to a recent press release, the Company was awarded $2 million from the 2008 Department of Defense Aerospace Propulsion and Power Technology bill for continued development of its battery technology and applications
U.S. Senators Chris Dodd and Joe Lieberman helped back the Department of Defense bill in order for Electro Energy to gain funding
Exceptional management team on board
Potential contracts with the U.S. Air Force could be worth up to $4.6 million in the next 5 years, according to Reed
Recipient of the 2007 Frost & Sullivan Emerging Technology of the Year Award for Electro Energy’s bipolar battery technology, according to a press statement
Recently the Company used the hybrid Toyota Prius to demonstrate its bipolar nickel metal hydride technology so that the vehicle could run solely on electricity, according to Reed
Conclusion:
The emergence of mobile technology has been occurring for some time, and there is no sign of it slowing down. That is why Electro Energy, Inc. prides itself in developing the world’s best batteries. The Company is competing with the likes of top Asia-based businesses which have had the upper hand in selling top-of-the-line battery technologies to the likes of the U.S. military and aerospace companies. Electro Energy wants to change that, so that buying domestic products are not only affordable for U.S. establishments, but also reliable. President and CEO Michael Reed said he is aware of the growing need for alternate ways to store energy and that is why his Company is on the right track to making breakthrough battery technologies. “With the U.S. dollar exchange rate moving to the levels it has recently, we really have a renewed competitiveness of U.S. manufacturing,” said Reed. “With our domestic manufacturing capability that we have in Gainesville, Fla., which is very highly automated, we believe we can compete with anybody in the world from a manufacturing-quality-cost standpoint now. We believe that the opportunities are there and we just need to execute our plan.”

"I want to congratulate Electro Energy Inc, (NASDAQ:EEEI) on today's $18 Million dollar Private Placement of securities to The Quercus Trust Fund. Gross proceeds to EEEI totaled 8.1 million dollars I also would like to thank vFinance Investments who acted as placement agents. These proceeds along with The Quercus Trust as a strategic investor in the Company should lead to significant commercial revenue for the Company in 2008.
Today's share price drop of 20% is very normal with this kind of news. The market always shrugs and sells on dilution news, but remember folks this Company has very few shares outstanding of 28 million along with an 18 million share public float. If these shares had 100 million outstanding I would still love it and continue an Aggressive Buy Rating .I also feel this liquidity is desperately needed and that many more investors will be finding this stock in the near future making this an excellent time to look at these shares at .83"
Have a good night,

Mike Reed indicated at the last conference call that his first volume cell is ready for production. It's was submitted to UL for listing and other units went to customers who are testing the cell specs. UL listing is not performance testing. It's a check on safety requirements for UL testing. That should happen either by year end or January. Signficant production will get underway as orders are placed. This cell is their 18650 and will be the first volume unit.
I'm new to this board. Spend most of my time on Boardcentral on the GBT and ALTI boards but also EEEI, LTHU, and ZAAP. I've been checking this board and it seems EEEI interest is picking up here. I came in because EEEI was an early commercial partner for ALTI and their battery performance using nano electrodes is the best I've seen among the battery offerings. Time will tell but I think 2008 will be huge for all serious contenders. EEEI has the biggest plant in North America. It's an older energizer plant that has been revamped and is now ready to go. I'm long in all the above.
So when does EEEI begin shipping product??
Sidelines????What are you gonna buy at $5.00?? Come on man we have started buying this @ .30 and this news is fantastic!!! They only have 28 Mil shares out and the 9 million in dilution will come out slowly! Over reaction by the market. I am buying 10k more here at .84 making my average at .41
more financial engeineering and still generating a negative bottemline. I will be on the side lines untill they go possitive
Thanks Stormy..
I have it in my favorites..
