I did understand what you meant regarding ECCI, personally I believe the company will NOT survive and most probably be a non tradable security.

As for LUCKIN I feel the same as you about ECCI, I will HOLD it until the end and hope for the best.

Actually, I do believe LUCKIN has something to prove to the market

and eventually will survive and be relisted, of course I can always be wrong.

Like you said, only time will tell for us both.

I just want to make sure that we are talking about the same thing because maybe I misunderstood your post and if so I apologize. I am not sure what may happen with Luckin as to its unpredictable previous history. It seems like a toss up until further more liable news comes out.
When I stated that I would hold the shares that I had I was referring to ECCI since I had nothing to really worry about if it did not work out. I would lose a little or become very wealthy. It was this ticker that I was pointing out in regards to the SEC info that I sent you and what could happen after the deadline. Just wanted to state this in case there was a miscommunication on my part or maybe I misunderstood your point. Either way good luck again.

I totally agree with you and yes I interpreted the same from SEC, with that said, I too will be holding unto LUCKIN till the end and hope for a happy ending.

First as per LUCKIN I knew someone who owned it before the craziness at 2.25 and it went to $50 plus. He did not sell where he would have been wealthy and you know the rest. Now this ticker continues to be a mystery as to what is really happening. It is hard to believe anything posted from this company, etc. If its price comes down I may look at it but with all the risks right now and its history I will wait until it really drops if it does.

Now as per ECCI I am holding. I have nothing to lose worst case I lose some best case I visit a different city around the world daily for the rest of my life. This ticker has been very strange to me the buying modes, the ups and downs, the moving into expert market, etc. Very unconventional. I could be wrong but my understanding of what I sent you is if approved then specific entities can buy and sell responsibly as per the SEC. Do you agree that this is the case as per what I sent you because that was my interpretation.

I have a hypothetical situation. What if this does get approved and you me and Joe down the road can't buy any shares only specific high rollers are allowed but we can liquidate. Again we can still sell but they can do both. What if they start gobbling everything up while we watch without being allowed to buy and then this ticker goes current with a merger. Then by the time we can buy it is to expensive or just out of my price range. That would be a great regret. My buddies dad owned Mcdonlads when it first appeared on the exchange and he sold right away. Till this day he talks about his regret. Sorry I can't take the chance I will sit on this till the end. The share structure here is not bad so not sure what will happen maybe something maybe nothing but time will tell. Good luck.

Hey this is what I had found. Pay close attention to the middle of the info below where I put plus signs to highlight and where it states "quote distribution would be limited to “professional investors” etc. Let me know your thoughts because my understanding is that they are considering giving an option to qualified institutional buyers.



5. POSSIBLE EXEMPTIONS
Based on numerous comment letters that it received on the proposed amendments, the SEC expressly recognized
that there are concerns about the loss of quoted markets for certain securities as a result of the implementation of
the Rule, and stated that it would be open to considering requests for exemptions. 29 With particular focus on the
loss of piggybacking, the SEC stated that the following factors would be relevant in considering an exemption request,
depending upon the facts and circumstances:
- issuers and/or securities that are less susceptible to fraud or manipulation;
- securities that have an established prior history of regular quoting and trading activity;
- issuers that do not have an adverse regulatory history;
- issuers that have complied with any applicable state or local disclosure regulations that require that the
issuer provide its financial information to its shareholders on a regular basis, such as annually;
- issuers that have complied with any tax obligations as of the most recent tax year;
- issuers that have recently made material disclosures as part of a reverse merger; and
- facts and circumstances that present other features that are consistent with the goals of the amended Rule
of enhancing protections for investors, particularly retail investors.

++++++------Intriguingly, the SEC also said that it was open to the possibility of recognizing an “expert market” where the Rule
would not apply. In such a market, quote distribution would be limited to “professional investors” and certain nonprofessional investors would only be allowed to liquidate holdings.30 The SEC discussed some features of this
market:31--------

-It must not have the potential to develop into a parallel market for which quotations are accessible by retail
investors and the general public; and
- It would be narrowly tailored to sophisticated investors, such as qualified institutional buyers, accredited
investors, registered investment companies and investment advisers, banks, and broker-dealers.
The SEC recommended that requests for exemption be make expeditiously during the 9-month transition period.32

I would read the SEC updated Exchange Act Rule 15c2-11 real carefully because I think that when I read it a few weeks ago there was a section where BROKERAGE FIRMS and other entities involved in the market who are well versed and have a great deal of an knowledge and do this for a living in this sector were trying to negotiate a deal with the SEC where they and only they would be allowed to buy and trade tickers under this umbrella. I will check again but I believe that they were in negotiations. Perhaps if and only if this was approved then this would cut out all the con men and perhaps allow legit business to use this ticker for something good. I will see if there was an update but not sure right now what came out of it. Until then good luck.

It's about time ECCI was removed from being a trading stock, after the the death of ECCI's original owner and CEO the company was finished.

Time to SELL if you can, take your tax loss and move on from a nightmare of a company.

Larger and higher powered firms. No formal agreement has been made but it is in the works. But just double check that in case I misread it but I believe that is what I read. I will check it again. Just curious is anyone able to buy on their platforms or are you only allowed to sell? Not sure if the platforms have cut out everyone yet because some individuals are telling me that they can still buy for the next few weeks. Agreed. I'm telling you as I have been something very strange here. Why waste time with nonsense here unless there really is something here. Maybe they were waiting for the moment when only a specific few could buy whereas everyone else can only sell who knows.

I have been saying for a long time something weird happening here for many months. Perhaps someone trying to scare many from selling by tanking this and as many sell their shares a specific few are sweeping in grabbing these shares. This has a decent share structure. Now that many will not be able to buy only liquidate under the new laws perhaps specific brokers are making buys for a reason and moving in. Almost as if they waited for this moment. Be careful not to get caught up and taken down with the recent hype. Perhaps in the future but who knows. I think we still go lower until the true PPS hits. Then it stabilizes and hopefully it takes off.

Incorrect.

They filed a 15(12g) in 2007. They are now exempt from any filing requirements.

While this company is probably still nothing, if your statement is that they need to do something by September to meet with the new SEC guidelines for suspending those companies who have not updated their filings. This does not apply to a company that has filed a 15 (12g).

ECCI went to EM in 11/19. While it continues to be speculated a custodianship will arise, it has remained a share-swapping shell for months.

Even with the continuous share-swapping, accumulation remains steady, so it remains a lotto at this point with no pending catalyst.
