The ability to make those purchases and the daily volume numbers would lead me to believe the stated outstanding share count is incorrect.

I think the outstanding share count would need to be much higher than stated to support the published numbers.

Actually, it can.

MM will swap invisible shares back and forth multiple times a day for decades.

I forget the actual share structure of EMET, but it was reinstated with an AS of 8 billion to financially cover the several billion short.

MM will pull some wonderful, wonderful tricks, digging tremendous holes. Because there is no active 211, MM can exploit the OS anyway they want..

But... Once that changes, they're toast.

I think XMET went to 0.03 (from 0.0001) before the new buyer restructured with a RS, and now it's trading at multiple dimes.

So MM were trading hundreds and hundreds if millions of shares a day... For a year... And none if then existed.

LOL. I will only state my opinion. I had a hunch when I placed this bet based on dd. Still do. We all know it's a lotto play but any play based on cleaning up the planet is a good one with the current administration's plans to invest trillions in this very thing. I'm not saying this company is going big but the potential for a good run is there with any news tying it all together.

I disagree with your opinion. However I hope that you're right.

The last share structure update was provided in 2003, 17 years ago.

Computershare was listed as their TA at that point in time 17 years ago. The fact of the matter is if the company is dark or defunct computer shares has no responsibility to update them. Especially if they were not getting paid.

During the darker or defunct period. This company could have sold an additional 5.87 billion shares. The total amount of authorised shares are there last filing.

Most likely what they did because it's what all people do When they own a dark or defunt company that there going to throw in the heap.

I own many freebies in the numbers just don't add up.

Regarding share structure, I go with the last very outdated filing shows. TA would not allow changes without the company having up to date filings. Gov agencies would be all over them.
