First as per LUCKIN I knew someone who owned it before the craziness at 2.25 and it went to $50 plus. He did not sell where he would have been wealthy and you know the rest. Now this ticker continues to be a mystery as to what is really happening. It is hard to believe anything posted from this company, etc. If its price comes down I may look at it but with all the risks right now and its history I will wait until it really drops if it does.

Now as per ECCI I am holding. I have nothing to lose worst case I lose some best case I visit a different city around the world daily for the rest of my life. This ticker has been very strange to me the buying modes, the ups and downs, the moving into expert market, etc. Very unconventional. I could be wrong but my understanding of what I sent you is if approved then specific entities can buy and sell responsibly as per the SEC. Do you agree that this is the case as per what I sent you because that was my interpretation.

I have a hypothetical situation. What if this does get approved and you me and Joe down the road can't buy any shares only specific high rollers are allowed but we can liquidate. Again we can still sell but they can do both. What if they start gobbling everything up while we watch without being allowed to buy and then this ticker goes current with a merger. Then by the time we can buy it is to expensive or just out of my price range. That would be a great regret. My buddies dad owned Mcdonlads when it first appeared on the exchange and he sold right away. Till this day he talks about his regret. Sorry I can't take the chance I will sit on this till the end. The share structure here is not bad so not sure what will happen maybe something maybe nothing but time will tell. Good luck.
