What's your take on why this hit .0009- .001 back in February? I get the otc had a bit of a bull run for x amount of months but why on God's green earth would anyone touch this one especially. Initially bought in years ago and still have some now worthless shares sitting in my account but I got my initial investment back plus an unexpected decent profit selling over half at .0005 few months back

No meeting necessary for ECOS now. Revoked effective today just like the SEC it would a while back.
Did anyine else notice that the SEC also issued cease and desist orders and fines against 6 or 7 tcikers that falisfied their NT-10Ks. I dont think Ive ever seen that type of SEC action before!

I don't see any info stating ECOS took part in the hearing on 4/23.

Unless they had a little lamb or find a pro bono attorney in their hat, ECOS will default.

Nowhere did I ever read anything on a "major job" in Canada in any corporate filings. Shame on them, IMO. Maybe they thought Chicago is in Canada. If someone else knows more about this, set me straight.

Here's hoping the old timers got their $$$$ out of their ECOS shares and broke even or better.

On March 12, 2021, EcoloCap Solutions sent an email to [e-mail] requesting “additional time to file.” Among other things, the email states that EcoloCap Solutions has “defaulted on a major job in Canada” and requests that the Commission “advise as to what forms are to be filed as [its] attorney has passed away and [it] cannot afford to hire a new attorney at
this time.” The Division of Enforcement has not responded to EcoloCap Solutions’s submission. We construe the submission as an answer to the OIP.
Under the circumstances, it is appropriate to discharge the show cause order and direct the parties to conduct a prehearing conference by April 9, 2021.5 Following the conference, the parties shall file a statement with the Office of the Secretary advising the Commission of any agreements reached at the conference. If a prehearing conference is not held, a statement shall be filed with the Secretary advising the Commission of that fact and of the efforts made to meet and confer. In either case, the statement shall be filed no later than April 23, 2021. If EcoloCap Solutions fails to participate in the prehearing conference as directed by this order, it may be deemed in default, the proceeding may be determined against it, and its securities may be revoked.6
The parties’ attention is called to the Commission’s March 18, 2020 order regarding the filing and service of papers, which provides that pending further order of the Commission parties to the extent possible shall submit all filings electronically at [e-mail].7 Also, the Commission’s Rules of Practice were recently amended to include new e-filing requirements, which take effect on April 12, 2021.8
Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the parties hold a prehearing conference and file a statement with the Office of the Secretary following that conference as directed in this order.

O.k....as Jabez pointed out from the S.E.C. Discharge Order, if this company is going legit, they have to make a statement filing no later than 4/23/21. If that doesn't happen, it's curtains. I would think however, that since they responded in the first place, good things will happen....I hope....I already took a big loss from IPWG. They were 1 of the 15 companies slapped with suspensions just recently. Leaving for Vegas...hopefully I'll have better luck...
