No meeting necessary for ECOS now. Revoked effective today just like the SEC it would a while back.
Did anyine else notice that the SEC also issued cease and desist orders and fines against 6 or 7 tcikers that falisfied their NT-10Ks. I dont think Ive ever seen that type of SEC action before!
