Yeah I would think they will. Good to see at least they updated come of the corp info. They have a good lawyer so the qtrly should be easy. Nothing has changed. So would expect they would . but I wont be surprised if they file a notification of delay(5 days) either.

As a side note, and important one, Ben B owns a lot of common shares. My guess is Ben owns about 4 mill common . Hicks still own a little but probably less than some here.

Yeah I reached out to Ben B a couple of days ago and asked why the yield. He didn't know but reached out to them. They told him things are moving and should hear soon. My thought was they hadn't made contact to the OTC since the announced change of ownership is the reason for the yield.

Well low and behold, they have just updated the corp information today. So hopefully we are close to the PR .

The 10Q is due next week as well.

I communicated with one of the original investor into Healthpoint PLus back in 2021. They tried to go public in 2022 with another company but it didn't work out. So they bought ECPL and are merging into the shell. Suppose to have an announcement in a couple of weeks. So it confirms DD that we came up with back late last year.

I'm surprised Healthstar Capital hasn't announced their plans yet. They bought the shell from Synergy a couple of months ago. You'd think they would have things in line. Maybe they are looking to do a RM themselves.

Right now the market cap is $414,6K … the empty shell is worth quite a bit more than that , its squeaky clean no debt, etc…
The market cap should be at least 3 times higher than where it is currently… The share structure is tiny….29.2M OS with 22.5M at DTC..
I already have 5%, I might go for 10 if there are a few more idiots in the crowd.

There seems to be an effort to keep the price down, I have no idea why. Anyone who had the desire , could come in here and blow this price up to .05 in 10 minutes,,,,, there needs to be a reason. Yes it would. What little I can extract from Ben B, they are preparing there annual filing and preparing to send out a plan. But he didn't give specific timing. They paid almost $100,000 for the shell so you would think they would do something quickly. I've been holding over a year . Hope its worth it.
