Yeah I reached out to Ben B a couple of days ago and asked why the yield. He didn't know but reached out to them. They told him things are moving and should hear soon. My thought was they hadn't made contact to the OTC since the announced change of ownership is the reason for the yield.

Well low and behold, they have just updated the corp information today. So hopefully we are close to the PR .

The 10Q is due next week as well.
