I communicated with one of the original investor into Healthpoint PLus back in 2021. They tried to go public in 2022 with another company but it didn't work out. So they bought ECPL and are merging into the shell. Suppose to have an announcement in a couple of weeks. So it confirms DD that we came up with back late last year.
