It's certainly they not going away that soon. It's going to pick up with Trump in the office now. Lately all the movement on logistics starting to play a role. Last president was not helping that's why it's been so lonely. This sector will rise again I believe. Most of all inside has been buying or keeping their position so I am looking for definite movement but then again I might be wrong. Let's hope I'm right

I'm not the brightest in this sector either. I have spoken to some who are, they say the stock is cheapest after Chinese New Year. Historically the sector very seasonal.

I'd say wait for the first or second week in Feb then load up and hold for a while. This company has good people running it. Hope this helps a little.

Forgive me .. i am dumb as a rock in this sector but have reason to believe it may be a good long term holding ... I know it was near BK last spring and diluted to raise $88M. Now they are looking to do another $100 after affecting a 1 for 20 split.

I'm also reading that they have a new CFO and have purchased a new vessel.

Is now the time to buy a lottery ticket on this thing if it goes to the $4.50 offer share price or are they just trying to run this thing aground (forgive the pun).

Thanks to any of you who can provide me with some guidance. The industry seems to be interesting to me given the new US production strategies that seem to be evolving.

Global shipping rates have a direct relationship with the 10 yr treasury. If interest rates go up, global shipping rates will follow. Most of the bulk and container shipping seem to have followed this trend. Look at Tbt vs. drys, Egle, gsl, dcix, etc. as there are many shippers. December 14 fed meeting. Good luck trading into the new year.

Though you have sold your shares in EGLE I stongly feel this could go up and trade arround $8 in the next couple of days. Good stock to buy and hold to make a good money. They have good business with solid asset to back up nothing can go wrong here.

Real answer: No ,

nobody has a " good working cystal ball " this would be to easy

It's a solid co but the float is high , so the volume and movement ( if happens ) is very slow against other shippers ; so I sold out friday morning and moved to another one.
If times come with better movement I'll be back.
