Global shipping rates have a direct relationship with the 10 yr treasury. If interest rates go up, global shipping rates will follow. Most of the bulk and container shipping seem to have followed this trend. Look at Tbt vs. drys, Egle, gsl, dcix, etc. as there are many shippers. December 14 fed meeting. Good luck trading into the new year.
