I'm not the brightest in this sector either. I have spoken to some who are, they say the stock is cheapest after Chinese New Year. Historically the sector very seasonal.

I'd say wait for the first or second week in Feb then load up and hold for a while. This company has good people running it. Hope this helps a little.
