I've been in this one forever and it's been going down about that long. It's either a major scam which I doubt since the company has been in business at the same Bakersfield, CA location for 23 years and is family run, or it has been NSS'ed or MMM'ed to death. I first bought at 0.019 and it's now at 0.0013. Big news is overdue and the stock should get a major bounce when the news arrives. Worth a look anyway IMO.

Just doubled my money in 2 days on AQCI ....

In at .015 on Thursday, closed Friday at .03 and PR supposed to be released tomorrow, the first one since Nov. 3rd. New website once SEC approves name change will be valorenergy.com, name change to Valor Energy and they already have several producing oil & gas wells, yet everyone thinks they're still in the underwater logging business, as they're still using the old shell. LOL. Current market cap of $7 million.

Yes, unsolicited pinkies - pinksheets.com has a very good explanation.

Basically, it means that there is no MM sponsorship. They are not allowed to buy for their account and have inventory for when you want to buy (and vice versa on a sell).

So the ruse is that they are merely "matching trades."

I believe that they circumvent that and you can look at the tape during busy times and see that the patterns are such that the create some of the trades, perhaps back and forth, to make trades look like they match. It doesn't make sense that retail would be flipping for a fraction of a penny, but we see trades like that, where the commission would cover most or all of the profit, etc.

To get off "unsolicited" status, a MM typically requests full quoting status by filing with the NASD under SEC Rule 15 C 2-11 or by using an exemption (e.g., piggy back on another MM quote.)

CSJJ may be worth a look as a potential double...
Hesitant to mention this one since I'm not sure if it qualifies as a "quality" pink but I suspect that she may be a candidate for a quick double if you're careful. Just had a pr announcing the Record Date and Payout date for a 150:1 forward split--that's 150 shares of CSJJ for every one share you hold on the Record Date of 06/15/2006. It's hard to figure since companies executing f/s's are usually at much higher prices so that there is room to adjust the downward price for the f/s (your # of shares will increase 150-fold but shareprice will be divided by a factor of 150). In this case, you will receive 150 times as many shares but the price can't be dropped very far since the stock is currently at the bottom (0.0001 x 0.0002). CSJJ is worth a look--I have 3M shares at 0.0002 from about 3 weeks ago.

The chart below shows a pretty good volume with the most recent days in the 2-3 million range. Have to wait and see what tomorrow brings but the chart seems to indicate that volume in increasing which is always a good sign...

i have to agree with westeffer: let's hear it for BIGN. that's a stock that is gonna blow a lot of minds. EDEX, if they hit their NM well, could also explode, so i've got quite a few shares of that one, but BIGN is by far the most undervalued oil play out there right now, and they've got so many angles for making $$$ it's silly.

AURC, EQBM, IPMG... gold is gooood... especially in this market.

I'll have to amend the intro to the board to include that stipulation. If at all possible, it is much better to invest in quality pinks (almost an oxymoron but I believe they are out there if one looks and is a little lucky). At least, if we put our money into one of those there is a good chance that our investment will rise over time which is much better than getting stuck with a loser that eventually disappears into the pinky garbage bin which has happened to me several times and it is no fun.

You're welcome UW. I like investing in and trading the pinks but try to avoid the pump & dumps and outright scams that are all too common. Won't deny there's money to be made with the P & D's but more people lose with them than gain. Finding legit pinks that will also make a profit is a real challenge. Good luck with your new board.

Did a quick overview of the company and share structure is certainly attractive with very small float for a pink. It looks like late June may be the time for good news which means that now is possibly a good time to buy. Certainly worth a look and company does appear legit which is always refreshing for a pinky.

I guess I'll mention BKMP...
I sort of hate to since I feel that the stock has much more potential that a double but here goes. I bought in last Nov when BKMP had a different focus. Late in 2005 the company sold all it's holdings except for The Fight Network (TFN) in the belief that TFN had a great future. The price has been going down since early 2006 due to a CD conversion which was put on an 18-month hold by agreement with the CD holder and with an agreement to buyback the CD at 10% interest over the 18 months if BKMP wishs to. This news came out last Friday and is part of the current excitement. Also on Friday BKMP announced that they have an agreement with Verizon to air "Fight Mobile" which will introduce TFN to millions of potential customers. We have been awaiting the US launch of TFN for several months and the Verizon connection is a major step leading to the US carriage of the cable channel. Investors also found out late last week that TFN is coming to the UK soon according to the company website http://www.thefightnetwork.com . The stock is currently at 0.0005 but should have major appreciation in the near future if we investors are right. Just don't sell too soon. This one is a keeper IMO. Maybe sell a little at a double but hold the majority of shares for the long haul. You never know with pinks but that's my read of BKMP. I almost forgot to mention the share buyback that is currently in progress or possibly completed last week. These shares (a billion +) will be retired to the treasury according to a company pr from a few months ago.

I am not sure about 0.17 but I sold 50,000 shares at 0.13 in July 05--then 86,800 for 0.068 in August-- and 70,000 shares for 0.075 in September. I am down to 850,000 shares now. I guess people got scared by the delay in the dividend and it sold off last week. If it stays down I may add more.

I love BIGN. I am in there at 0.0208 I am down on PLNI but not that much

Also have been following HISC. That one had a big run awhile back (ran from 0.05 to around 0.17 if I remember correctly). Been sitting around the 0.04 to 0.05 range for quite awhile.
