no you dont, in fact you never need to update the share count unless for 10-Q, 10-K, S-1, maybe a couple others. Its a luxury for us to get any updates, but a daily update is a bit crazy i have to admit, obviously they are trying to make a point that they are still alive, and this is one way to do it as we wait for the 10-K. Cant wait to see whats in store for us, I've built up to 360K and looking for creative ways to buy more but dont want to "overpay".

yeah I dont know what the heck anyone is trying to prove with the daily updates. I guess it has to be the company requesting the update, as the transfer agent and OTC markets couldnt care less, just more bother for them. Maybe they are trying to use that as a way to prove that they are in the game, to keep an eye out for them for news and the outstanding 10-K and ensuing 10Qs, to lessen the worry for those wanting to sell due to the brokerage threats faced by these non-reporters

I am sure that your main takeaway is that the market makers are screwing us! Haha

Anyway, the land is worth much more than today’s current market cap, so the bottom is IMO right around 30 cents. It is basically like buying high reward stock with zero risk, well the price can go down but if they have to do a fire sale of the property you’re going to get something around today’s price. A year ago it was at two cents so there is the dead money risk. But they can’t go on forever in my opinion. They either cut a deal or sell the property to get the liens paid off, much of which is board of directors money.

And if you call down to the Diamondhead government, you might hear some good stuff.

I am its hard but the size of the ask tells me that they want out to some degree I would think, so I'll wait. If yesterday tells me anything is that just b/c you sit all day and dont get filled doesnt mean you wont get filled and at lower prices even, it just happens sometimes, actually it happens a lot with some lightly traded stocks

I would be patient and make them come to you. they have a limited timeline get rid of their shares. And it’s just a few more days so make them come to you.

It sure does look like garbage. And clearly people are dumping because TD Ameritrade will not allow people to buy soon. If these people don’t get there financials straight, the share price will certainly flounder. But the intrinsic value of the real estate is there for anybody who has patience.

I had sure hoped something would’ve happened by now though. Ah well. The gulf coast seems to be developing so I think we can eventually get some sort of deal.
