It sure does look like garbage. And clearly people are dumping because TD Ameritrade will not allow people to buy soon. If these people don’t get there financials straight, the share price will certainly flounder. But the intrinsic value of the real estate is there for anybody who has patience.

I had sure hoped something would’ve happened by now though. Ah well. The gulf coast seems to be developing so I think we can eventually get some sort of deal.
