no you dont, in fact you never need to update the share count unless for 10-Q, 10-K, S-1, maybe a couple others. Its a luxury for us to get any updates, but a daily update is a bit crazy i have to admit, obviously they are trying to make a point that they are still alive, and this is one way to do it as we wait for the 10-K. Cant wait to see whats in store for us, I've built up to 360K and looking for creative ways to buy more but dont want to "overpay".
