Happy revenues remained steady during the lockdown. DB actually did much better than some well known extraction competitors who are still losing money and market share. I'll post some comparisons when earnings season is over.

GreenIves, From what I can quickly dig up Cody Coulson & Family own Coulson Cannabis who specializes in solventless extractions. It appears to be a craft sized operation focused on high end Hash, Rosin and other solventless products. This should nicely complement Dabstract's solvent extracted concentrates.

To me DB is smart to partner with quality focused craft companies like Coulson and help them grow with Qwest. They could make multiple craft deals like this and release limited edition concentrates from different makers. Just a thought :)

This could be a trend where big cannabis companies start buying premium brands with already established reputations for quality. Much faster than building a new brand from scratch that may or may not ever catch on with consumers.

To me this is a good sign for Decibel/Qwest that Canopy is valuing the 7 Acres brands reputation in the 100's of millions. This lays down a marker for other companies looking to acquire premium craft brands like Qwest in the future.

Hope that Decibel grows more before they get acquired, but if Canopy or someone else wants to pay top dollar right now that's fine with me :) glta

Glad to see Decibel promoting their major achievements since the merger. The biggest being Decibel is now one of few profitable cannabis companies in Canada.

To me this article puts all DB's moving parts together in a understandable way. This information should make clear that Decibel is succeeding in the marketplace, and the share price should begin to reflect that success.

Agree. The market hasn't really responded to the Thunderchild news the way we thought it would. Yet. Once it sinks in that they will now be producing 9M grams annually, times their last reported average wholesale flower price $8.68 per gram = $78.1M. Decibel's current market cap is silly now that Thunderchild is operational and harvesting. imo

Thanks for the update GI5. Increasing production to 9,000 kilograms / 9,000,000 grams should be a financial game changer for Decibel. Especially when Qwest flower achieves some of the highest price points in Canada.

This was the last ingredient necessary to fully bake the Qwest cake. Now they should be able to keep up with flower/concentrate demand without delays. Nice to have being too popular as a problem :) Now with Thunderchild, problem solved!!! imho glta
