Looks like DB is tapping the US for some IP to produce High Times Cannabis Cup Award Winning Dabstract products in Canada. Their products look hyper-premium online and should appeal to Qwest's discerning high end customers.

This partnership with a US producer/distributor could help Qwest launch in the US when they legalize. Fingers crossed. DB branching out in all directions. Like ;) glta
