Yea Santa knows what we want. A ticker symbol from a Fake Company listed on a Fake Exchange so that everyone involved can dump. The problem is then it falls to zero. Listing on a Fake Exchange is a bad idea.

The Fake Company exchanges and Fake Market is actually a destroyer of Companies. It takes so much money to try to get there that if/when they do there are no resources left to try to salvage anything. That is when the pumping and dumping begins. Sad.

If we had "experience" security lawyers, these paperwork would have been filed along time ago. Instead of just waiting around to get a meeting with FIRNA so they can tell you what paperwork to file, they should have already known what paperwork to file. These are not new requirements. If the paperwork was filed three years ago and FIRNA didn't approved, we could have decided to go another direction, instead the company sits here in limbo indefinitely after five years.

Even if cprk is trading, this company needs million of dollars for any mining operations. Since we could not get any million dollar loan so far, they probably end up dumping cprk shares to raise funds. I wish they just sell cprk and fund ESF with it.

The reality is that there are very few options available to Fake Companies. A real investment banker like Goldman Sachs would never take them public. Goldman only does Real Companies. Management is no doubt doing the best they can given the very limited options. Finra and regulators must be stonewalling this deal literally forever. Sad.

The sky isn't falling. Reality is happening in that it simply may never trade again. It is possible. Not everything is always the extremes of either good or bad. Lots of things are neutral. Sometimes things just happen. You know, like the T-shirt "S..t Happens."

Contrary to some beliefs, in my opinion the sky isn't falling. It seems that the course their running is just longer than it appeared to be at the begining of this journey. JMO

As of today, we still haven't had any response from FINRA. Lee is meeting with our securities attorney on Monday to assess the situation and determine our next step to move the process forward.

In the meantime, we are moving forward and making progress on matching the Standard Register data to all of the new addresses you have provided us.

As Chuck stated they were sent out as restricted shares! The shares being sent out will not be restricted. You will be able to trade them as soon as we start trading again. JMO

I don't know why they stop sending out certs unless they think there is a good chance we are not getting FIRNA approval and it would be a waste of money to do so.

True Blue you are close with your guess. But being an original shareholder I firmly believe it will never be listed again. I said it five years ago and I hold true to that now. So I will never be happy with the stock price because there will not be one. Let's see whose right. I bet we are on posting here in 2020 and still it is not trading.

The problem with Fake Companies and Fake Exchanges is that the simplest of things are always made into a mystery. It is sort of like shells on a table -- which one is the marble under? Put this together with ad hominem attacks and you have a Fake "market." Anyone who puts money into a fake company may as well just consider it gone forever. This one has never been listed for years. In real market trading the trend is your friend. So we know what the trend is on this one. What a sad story this one is.

Well, they didn’t.also why weren’t the shares sent out right after they received the money.after all I did hold for five years.i did not know you had to loan the money in perpetuity.oh well I still feel my current shares as having no value.at least I can’t sel” them currently and have not for the last five years.i hope for everybody sake that I am wrong.

I believe they mentioned that when they gave you your money back with interest you forfeited the extra shares. I think the only shares you will have is your original shares? Why would they give you shares if they also gave you all your money back with interest? JMO

FYI, I just to talked to Amy from Standard Registrar and she said she was not aware of any calls from CPRK shareholders but they did have a few new employees working for them. They are still working for the company and all broker dealer shares have been sent and some certificates were sent but they went out as Restricted Shares which was not correct. They are still working with Lee to "jump through the hoops" with FINRA and will issue the rest of the shares to Certificate holders as soon as possible.

I sent in my 1000 dollars to fund cprk and in five years I received nothing,however I did receive my 1000 plus 4% interest back just this last six months.so by rights I should receive shares,I am not holding my breath.

The certs they are sending out are shares in the forum that we all were use to years ago, Paper certs. Once you receive the certs you will need to send them to your broker to be deposited in your account. They are coming from Equity Funders/ cprk. The only people receiving certs are shareholders that helped fund cprk. The original cprk shares are all ready in everyone's accounts. I see mine in all my accounts, they are listed with a number not a symbol at this point. JMO

you know i want this to succeed like everyone else but its been five years and we are depending on "luck"to get this traded which is ridiculous.

btw, i called the Standard Register and they told me they are not sending out any cprk shares and have not received any request from the company. so basically, when lee said on the last conference call that they have started sending cprk shares out, that was basically a lie. Just listen to the last conference call.

i called last week, maybe you can check with them again, just call 8015718844.

if cprk has 100 million in NOLs, why can't they sell cprk for 25 million and use that to develop the ESF property and give ESF shares to cprk shareholders.

If this company cannot get a few million dollar in loan then just shut it down. Sell the land and give the people their ESF money back. Quit trying to sucker and trick mom and pops for a few hundred thousand, just to pay bills and keep this pipe dream alive. You know you can't paid these people back.

I have mine in my Fidelity accounts and in my Ameritrade accounts. Of course the number of shares is reduced by the 1 for 1,850. R/S done years ago. You should have a number in your account along with the number of shares you now have. No trading symbol yet. JMO

I have been hanging in with this for a long time. bought 1,000,000 shares. some with TD Ameritrade some with options express. At the time of the reverse split I expected to see some action but what actually happened is all my shares disappeared. No one seems to know anything. Schwab just told me the stock was written off as worthless. anyone else have this problem?

Most people, probably all, is hoping for this to start trading so we can dump this to another shareholder. No one here is waiting another ten years to see if this may or not be successful. Forget that, those NOLs have expiring dates.

I don't understand why they are still certifying the shareholder list. It should be completed since supposedly they submitted all the paperwork to FIRNA. These security lawyers are milking this company to death. Something that Lee said would take two weeks has taken over 5 months and is still not done.It doesn't give me great confidence that these lawyers submitted completed paperwork if they can't even get the shareholder list done after 5 months....get new security lawyers or some outside help.

In the meantime, we have sent a certified letter to FINRA to get clarification on the holdup and what we can do speed up their clearance for us to start trading. No promises, but we are working hard to have your CopperKing certificates in your hands before the end of the year and to be in a position to start trading as soon as everyone has their certificates and we can all start on an equal basis.
