If we had "experience" security lawyers, these paperwork would have been filed along time ago. Instead of just waiting around to get a meeting with FIRNA so they can tell you what paperwork to file, they should have already known what paperwork to file. These are not new requirements. If the paperwork was filed three years ago and FIRNA didn't approved, we could have decided to go another direction, instead the company sits here in limbo indefinitely after five years.

Even if cprk is trading, this company needs million of dollars for any mining operations. Since we could not get any million dollar loan so far, they probably end up dumping cprk shares to raise funds. I wish they just sell cprk and fund ESF with it.
