FYI, I just to talked to Amy from Standard Registrar and she said she was not aware of any calls from CPRK shareholders but they did have a few new employees working for them. They are still working for the company and all broker dealer shares have been sent and some certificates were sent but they went out as Restricted Shares which was not correct. They are still working with Lee to "jump through the hoops" with FINRA and will issue the rest of the shares to Certificate holders as soon as possible.
