Louisiana Food Co. was on the exactly same situation like CRPZ just a few weeks ago! Numerous FALSE SEC-suspension speculations were all over the board! Suddenly the company filed the Form 15-15D on 02/17/2015. Then all those BS nonsenses stopped! CRPZ's CEO can do the exactly same filing here to turn off those BnD noises...

I just sent an email to the SEC regarding their suspensions today that CRPZ needs to be halted as well as all the conditions they use to halt stocks applies to CRPZ. Its a dormat shell that cannot be contacted and does not have any information on OTC in over a year as well as their conditions list.
