Yes I have been following this company for a while. There was a vote on the reverse split, me and fellow holders voted against it but they can do whatever they want. There was a meeting on Feb 8th but we have not heard anything from them, good or bad news.

Is anybody out there? A board which tracks companies that pull off reverse splits says that CXII has one coming up. Can anyone confirm or deny this? Traded only 250 shares all day!!

I hope someone is out there who knows the answer to my post of February 3 regarding any anticipated reverse split by CXII. From prior posts it looks like there is only Cash and I on this board.

I accidentaly saw another board this morning here on I=Hub which shows the companies that often have reverse splits. I don't know if it is " often" but it showed CXII. It stated that CXII filed a 14A on November 10, 2004 to do a reverse split of between 1 for 10 and 1 for 20.
I note the news on the bottom of the main page for CXII and it does not show this there. Under other news it again only shows the 3 on the main page. Can anyone confirm that CXII intends to do a reverse split, and if yes, about when. Thank you in advance.

Cash. Thanks for your reply and the RB for CXII. There has been no further comment regarding a reverse split. I imagine if there is to be one it will be announced at the shareholders meeting on December 21. Too bad they lost that bid for the cleanup in their backyard. It was awarded to SEC.

Welcome aboard, Cash. Is CXII scheduled for a revers split? I have not seen anything about it. I also tried to se if there was a CXII board on RB but came up empty. Do you know if there are any other boards out there for CXII?

PR is bad, 1 for 10 or 20 R/S??? Why, and why at this price??($0.016) Management is crap, will do R/S, then issue ton's of shares for themself...So much for increasing shareholders value.

CXII has an important press release out advising that the protest lodges against them for the Oak Ridge job has been disaoowed. Further that they are filing a protes to a contract not awarded to them in their own backyard.
Looks like they may start to earn some dollars for the PPS.

Just bought into CXII and was amazed that the stock did not have a I-Hub board. The stock is the Pick of The Week by Stockprowler. He cites they recent contract that CXII signed for
four years in the amount of $12 million. This could be the beginning for other contracts in the hazardous material waste business. Also the news that the CEO and other officers are not taking any compensation in order to keep the company afloat also sounds like they have a lot of confidence in the earning power of CXII. Undoubtedly they are receiving good numbers of stock options but if they can't get the price to climb the options are worth next to nothing.
Would appreciate hearing other non biased comments.
