I accidentaly saw another board this morning here on I=Hub which shows the companies that often have reverse splits. I don't know if it is " often" but it showed CXII. It stated that CXII filed a 14A on November 10, 2004 to do a reverse split of between 1 for 10 and 1 for 20.
I note the news on the bottom of the main page for CXII and it does not show this there. Under other news it again only shows the 3 on the main page. Can anyone confirm that CXII intends to do a reverse split, and if yes, about when. Thank you in advance.
