3D seismic identified 20 million bbls net, low float, virtually no debt, hard to believe this isn't a lot higher already. It will be when more people realize the huge potential here. If only 1/2 the 3D targets hit it's a $10 stock. That kind of risk/reward won't go un-noticed forever.
No, they are not drilling yet. A spud date would have been announced if they were. According to the presentation they will raise funds for drilling several wells and 3d shoot significant more acreage (64000 acres/100 sq miles).
There is no way for me to know the timing of that. All I know is what they have is worth a lot more than $2 undrilled imo. Imho they could sell the current prospects for 3+ if they wanted to.
Are they drilling
Tiger yet?
Joyce
The drill bit will be the final arbitrar, but if Tiger hits we're looking at 8.00 stock.
As John Paul Getty once said: "The secret to success is to work hard and hit oil".
I am excited!
Have been for a few years. Started buying @.35, then @.25 all the way to $2.05. I really could use a break, here. My broker says not to sell. I don't need another EYTC happening. I believe in both companies but I need money to cover leverages. What is your target for CWYR? My broker seems to think it could be $5 or better. Hanging in there, Joyce
Joyce, the MOST important thing in the last PR is this:
"The Shoot covering some of the acquired 6,000 acres shows a geological similarity to the Lisbon field, 8 miles away. The Lisbon field has produced over 150 million barrels of oil equivalent since its discovery in 1960."
That's some serious Hydrocarbons in the area and sure gets me excited!
Joyce,
Looking at the 10K, there is only 10.8 mln shs o/s. Of that 7.5 is tightly held. From the 10K:
Number of Percentage

So that makes a float of only 3.3 mln shares. It doesn't take much to move the price up or down. With the recent filings and PR's, more and more savvy investors are taking notice imho.
$70 oil doesn't hurt either!
Vic
I don't know where your getting your info. Looks good, though.
Luck to us all, Joyce
Low volume day and up .05 indicating overhead supply is very small at these levels. As more investors discover the potential 3D identified reserve value here it should be an easy push to the old highs of 2+ imho.
And don't forget, we're talking conventional oil and gas here in the lower 48...none of this tar sand, CBM or other unconventional high cost plays or foreign country risk.
Volume picked up again today after a slightly dead session yesterday. It's soooo nice to see the quote now and to have multiple MM's tightening up the spread.
It's only going to keep getting better imho. Where else can you find a potential 3D seismic identified barrel per share at these prices?
Another solid day for CWYR. We now have 4 MM's making a mkt with a slight tug of war going on between nite and hill as to who will be the dominant MM. I look for other big players to enter the fray soon.
As the overhead gets steadily cleared out by new investors that see the real potential here, the resistance up to 2.15 seems minimal imho.
It's been a long ride, but obvious that everything is on track for huge gains soon imo.
That this stock is trading for 1.00 per barrel of potential reserves is a joke. As more and more investors realize the potential value here, the pps will adjust accordingly imho.
Bought another 2k+ today. As I suspected, the volume/price has increased and the MM spreads decreased, making for a much more inviting environment for investors.
This is a no brainer 3 to 5 near term and 8+ long term imho.
Best of luck to all,
Vic
Joyce, you're welcome. I've accumulated 100K+ so far and still buying. This could be a huge winner when the size of possible reserves gets disseminated.
Thank you for your good work here.
Best to you,
Vic
Vic
Thank you, I looked everywhere for the report.
It really looks good, I needed some good news!
Joyce
It looks like Tiger could be a company maker field. With a possible value to CWYR of $12 a share based on $20 bbl, that would be approx 29 million bbls possible according to 3D seismic.
I calculate that as such:
20.5 million shares fully diluted x $12 a share = $246 mil.
246 divided by CWYR 42.5% WI = total value of 578.8 mil.
578.8 divided by $20 bbl assumed value = 28.9 million bbls.
Even if we discount that to $10 bbl in the ground we're looking at $6 stock, not counting all the other prospects.
I can see why the CEO said he liked their chances!
IMO, when word starts to get out on this, the pps will start going up on increasing volume and the currently pathetic MM spreads will tighten up.
All imho,
Vic

The Company is an oil and natural gas exploration company with a geographical focus in the Rocky Mountain region of the western United States.
The Company's primary objective is the acquisition of interests in undeveloped oil and gas properties, and the location and development of economically attractive accumulations of hydrocarbons in such properties through the use of a highly-integrated, interpretive approach to the application of three-dimensional (3D) geophysical data (seismic data acquired and processed to yield a three-dimensional picture of the subsurface).
The Company's acquisitions of undeveloped oil and gas properties are accomplished primarily by the acquisition of direct mineral leasehold interests from private, state and federal lands.
The Company's Southwest Lisbon property is currently in production and once payout is achieved the Company will begin to have operating income. After payout, the Company shall own 10.625% of current production and uphole potential.
The other Structures, where the Company owns 42.5% working interest, remain to be drilled. The Company anticipates additional 3D Seismic work around the identified structures.
The Company would like to expand its current 16,640 acre 3D Seismic shoot generated in the years 2000 to 2002 by an additional 64,000 acres, in the future, in order to look for additional structures.
CWYR Basics:
As of 12/31/2005; 10,857,694 issued and outstanding.
20,500,000 fully diluted.

3D Seismic works!
7th Annual 3D Seismic Symposium Meeting BIG Success
.. more than 480 people …at the Denver Marriott Center – hosted by the Rocky Mountain association of Geologists and the Denver Geophysical Society. Attendees saw cutting-edge presentations on the technology that markedly increases revenues to oil and gas companies… In DDD’s case, the company seeks prospects that use 3D seismic for a “quantum leap” in risk-reduction for areas that have great sonic contrast for clear imaging of hydrocarbon targets.
Does the 3D strategy work? DDD drilled 300 wells from 1993-2000, and the company is scoring an 80% success rate on new-field wildcat wells.

Executive Summary
3-D seismic data has been successfully used by independent operators in Kansas over the last decade to identify prospects and make drilling decisions.
The estimated commercial success rate for wells drilled with 3-D seismic is 70%, compared to an average success rate of approximately 30%-35% for wildcat wells drilled in Kansas over the past 3 years.
3-D seismic has been particularly useful for delineating small structural highs and narrow channels that can be significant drilling targets, but cannot be identified with well-control alone or even using 2-D seismic data..

POSSIBLE VALUATIONS OF
COLORADO WYOMING RESERVE COMPANY
OTC BB SYMBOL: CWYR – $0.75 per share
10,857,694 Outstanding as of 12/31/2005
Colorado Wyoming Reserve Company (CWYR) has invested the last 5 years in the acquisition, processing and interpretation of a 26 ½ square mile (16,640 acres) 3D seismic shoot in the Southeastern portion of Utah. The southeast part of Utah has more than 8 oil fields in the vicinity of the 3D seismic shoot. The largest of these fields was found in 1960 and has reserves of 150 million barrels of oil equivalent in the Mississippian (8100 feet) zone.
CWYR has identified five structures in the Mississippian zone and three in the Pennsylvanian zone (5100 feet) for a total of eight structures.
CWYR owns 42 ½ % of two of the three Mississippian structures and is seeking the acquisition of two more possible Mississippian structures. Additionally, CWYR owns 42 ½ % of two Pennsylvanian structures.
In addition, CWYR traded a 42 ½ % in one Mississippian structure and one Pennsylvanian structure to the 10.625% APO level in order to cause from drilling partners approximately 4 million dollars and the drilling of two wells and perfect its 3D seismic science.
Both wells were successful in the Mississippian structure and proved the validity of the 3D seismic science. The Pennsylvanian structure remains to be drilled. There are no zones below the granite, which begins at 8,400 feet.
CWYR has recently acquired 42.5% interest in 6,000 acres on the southern flank of its shoot.
CWYR is confident that all eight structures have been correctly interpreted and is of the opinion that one or more could contain economic amounts of oil and gas. These structures and their possible impact on the per share value of CWYR are:
Southwest Lisbon (Miss) ….10.6% APO
Southwest Lisbon (Pa) ….10.6% APO combined est. $1/share
Button (Miss) .…42 ½ % possible value of $1.50 - $2/share
Tiger (Miss) ….42 ½ % for a possible value of $12/share
Mako (Pa) .…...42 ½ % for a possible value of $1.50/share
Rabbit (Pa) …….42 ½ % for a possible value of $1.50/share
2 Unnamed and to be acquired
(Miss) ….42 ½ % for a possible value of $3.00/share Total for a possible value of $20.50 to $21.00/share
It is impossible to know what the value of these structures is net to CWYR until they are drilled. The seismic science says these structures are there but there is no way to know whether or not they are oil bearing until they are drilled.
The company wishes to raise 15 million dollars, 10 million for additional 3D seismic science to identify possible new structures on an incremental 64,000 acres and 4 ½ million dollars for drilling currently identified structures.

Forward-looking statements involve known and unknown risks and uncertainties, which may cause the Company’s actual results in the future periods to differ materially from potential results. These risks and uncertainties include, among other things, volatility of oil gas prices, product demand, market competition, imprecision of reserve estimates and the Company’s ability to replace and expand oil and gas reserves. These and other risks are described in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-KSB and other filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Real value of SW Lisbon: We have shown that structures exist with multiple productive zones by the drill-bit and that structure one is loaded up.
Also Tiger, looks as if have a potential another Lisbon here, who knows? The same science that said plays in structure at SW Lisbon is saying that there are prospects at Tiger and Button.
Drilling at SW Lisbon found oil and gas, the risk was always whether there was a play there or not, we have eliminated that by 3D seismic. Now we have to do more examination by drill-bit; but remember the first place we did this we had success; SW Lisbon.
USE of Proceeds:
We are looking to allocate approx. $5 mm - $7 mm for further drilling [additional wells SW Lisbon – 4 to 5 wells; Penn. wells - five to eleven wells; Ismay wells, 1 or 2; purchase increased interest].
$6 mm for Search for additional structures on a 100 sq. mile shoot [each sq. mile 3D seismic shoot + analysis and interpretation costs nowadays about $70,000].
the remainder $2 mm for corporate use.

Colorado Wyoming Reserve Company Acquires Additional 6,000 Acres Adjacent to Its Perfected 3D Seismic Shoot
Thursday April 13, 8:41 am ET
GRAND JUNCTION, Colo., April 13, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Colorado Wyoming Reserve Company (OTC BB:CWYR.OB - News) announced today that it has acquired a 42-1/2% interest in an additional 6,000 acres underneath and bordering its 3D Seismic Shoot in Southeast Utah.
CWYR is a 3D Seismic driven exploration and production company focused in Southeast Utah. The Company's 3D Seismic science was confirmed in 2004 with the successful discovery of the Southwest Lisbon Field that is currently under development. The Southwest Lisbon Field is 3 miles from the Lisbon Field.
The acquisition of the 6,000 acres raises the Company's acreage position in the area to 22,640 acres. The acquired acreage borders the Company's 16,640-acre 3D Seismic Shoot. The Shoot covering some of the acquired 6,000 acres shows a geological similarity to the Lisbon field, 8 miles away. The Lisbon field has produced over 150 million barrels of oil equivalent since its discovery in 1960.
Additional 3D Seismic Shooting is planned for later this year and the Company anticipates 3 test wells in the area in 2007.
Commenting on the strategic importance of the acreage acquisition, Kim M. Fuerst, the Company's President and CEO stated simply, ``We like the odds . . .''

Hey Joyce...been so, so quiet....hoping something will happen soon here...not sure what's been worse, life in CWYR or life in EYTC...assuming your broker remains confident in both??
other small oil and gas plays haven't fared well either...AEZ, WHT are others I've invested here and have suffered badly...hoping the weak hands are being shaken out and at some point, we'll move higher.
heard alot of rhetoric on news this am about attacking Iran militarily...can not imagine we will do this based on what's happen in Iraq but who knows...
take care.
This is an extremely interesting message. This property is close to CWYR. Same thing my be happening at our company.

OT Joyce,
Mostly lurking.....and dealing w all the curveballs life throws at us.....a few extra of those lately. All manageable.
Yeah, lotsa rain up here....causing a few of those "curveballs". Better than a drought, tho.
Hope to make the shareholders meeting, unless it overlaps a family reunion in mid April. Looking forward to seeing the gang....even good ole Cyber (that's a friendly joke Cybe's).
Best to all,

Very funny
Where have you been, we've missed you? Will you be going to the shareholders meeting? I am hoping it is in Dallas this year. Just don't like getting around in Houston. I see you guys have been getting quite a bit of rain, not us, the weather man keeps calling for it but it never comes to beautiful Southern California. Hope to see you at the meeting, Joyce

well i see that rb is back working again. it is good to know that we have do have a backup board here at investorshub. thanks for the info.
Hey there,
We have an EYTC board here. http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=9230659
I tried to post it on RB but it is not allowing me on the board.
See if you can get the info through.
Good luck, Joyce

I didn't put the whole email in the post. Funny you said that. See below
"We have been working with several former Lycos employees that have signed affidavits to the effect that they were told, ordered (and they provided vettable emails) to "kick off" critical posters on several ket RagingBull chat boards while "protecting" others. This included altering the "rating system" that I assume no longer is present on RagingBull. In one very serious case, a manager came into a work area where line-level RB supervision by moderators was performed, told a subordinate to take an early lunch but NOT logoff (a serious Lycos security violation) and then used that terminal to erase several account records less than 1/2 hour after the Lycos lawyers had notified that individual that they had received SEC and FBI inquiries about the accounts. One concerned employee advised the "at risk" staffer about what had happened when she went to lunch, and she went back, printed out the audit trail for her terminal, and had her friends sign or initial the printout and date it as well. We have copies of that and much more.
We're working with one of the founders of RB, who has, like us, "corked off" over RB, IHUB and several other "scam sites" as he calls them. He said that the little bit we have is only the tip of the iceberg. The principal reason that the Spanish consortium sold RB to the Koreans was to divorce themselves of the civil liabilities they feel will erupt in the next several years as outsiders peer into the operations of the major "stock chat" sites.
The RB startup partner we are talking to says he believes that RB has less than 6-weeks of life left. They have shut down something like 60% of the boards that existed this time last year, and are shutting boards down daily now through attrition. He did not explain how attrition enters into the picture, but I'm sure it's fascinating. "
actually was a buy for 1000 shares....yes, client still selling, no fill on those shares....
So that's the reason
stock price went up. Your client still selling? Because if he sells for $.95 I will be able to buy, it should release my order.
Anyway, good luck and I haven't sold a share, Joyce
as info, for hell of it...put in market order for 1,000 shares...filled at $1.05...
Yes I do,
think you of us would get executed. I bet if I raised my bid to $1.25 it would. Not going to do that, though.
Good luck, Joyce
yup....can't change the client's mind...heck, only an $11 million market cap right now...
anyway, just frustrating the lack of liquidity...assuming still only one market maker involved. not sure how he can sit on my order to sell at .95 and your order to buy at same price...you would think one of us would get executed.
oh well, patience...
Me too,
I have had an order to buy at $.95 for three weeks. My broker says to hold on, Kim has been traveling everywhere making contacts. I can't see why anyone would want to sell when oil is at this price per barrel. We are moving ahead, we got on the bulletin board. Thats the first step but if your guy wants to sell, let him. You can't go on holding the hands of worried people who shouldn't be in this to begin with. I am buying!
Good luck, Joyce
hello...anybody out there???
JOyce, any word on activity at CWYR....just dead money...impossible to get out or in....have a client who wants out and have order in there to sell at .95 for weeks now...not a good sign....anyway, just wondering if your broker knows anything here??
Hooray!!!
CWYR just got approved for the bulletin Board.
Good luck all, Joyce
My broker says, very soon.
Every thing has been filed with the SEC and Kim is kind of savvy when it comes to the stock market. He has been a broker, check out his resume at the company site.

Joyce,
How are we looking towards an ascendency to Pink Sheets/OTC......this is critical for this stock!
Joyce,
I'm counting on the same success with cwyr that we've had with eytc. I cannot see our broker leading us astray with the success that he's had with past companies. Hope to see you again in Calif.
Eric
BTW
They have a home page, now. http://www.coloradowyomingreserve.com/
Good luck to you, Joyce
Nothing yet
but I have been assured, things are moving along. Everything has been submitted to the SEC. Hope to be hearing something soon. In the mean time, the price of the stock is staying very affordable. There isn't much available, though.
Joyce,
Glad to see that we've got a board on CWYR now. I've not heard anything on filings. Have you?
Eric
Kim has talked to my broker and he says all the filings are in, so it's a matter of time, now. As soon as we get more MM's we will be in good shape. The one we have manipulates the price of the stock horribly. Looking good today, of course I tried to buy at $1.45, still is open and will be for months.
We are so close on both stocks.
Hope all of you guys are high, dry and safe, Joyce
thanks Joyce...I'm patient, just wanted to hear your latest thoughts from your broker...have to stay with what has worked with in the past...I believe.
US
The week before last, I was fed up with CWYR and I called my broker to tell him that I had made a healthy profit and wanted out. He told me "don't do it". Things are happening and we will be greatly compensated for hanging in there in a couple of weeks. I sent him the post that you sent me from the SEC. He said that it was very old and he has been to Grand Junction and kicked the wheels, so to speak. Kim has a lot going for him, property wise and saavy. I have to stay with the guy that brung me, he has made me a very rich lady. There is no one I trust more than he and he believes CWYR is a very good investment. It is a good sign that we now have a web site. Do what you will, what are you in for and if you can't take the stress, sell, you probably have already made a profit.
Luck to you, Joyce
Luck to you
Joyce...web site is great but...from their latest SEC filings...pulled directly:
At September 13, 2005, the Company had no cash, no operations and no revenues. These factors raise substantial doubts about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern without raising significant additional capital.
what are your brokers' thoughts here??
We now have a web site!!!!

Good luck to all, Joyce
alright I am a pain, but Joyce, know that I am sitting on pins and needles waiting for your stock broker's read on WHT...really think I found a gem here, but curious as to your broker's opinion as he appears to know alot about the industry.
as always, thanks.
(ps. no need to reply, know your working on it...just talking to myself really)
