Joyce...web site is great but...from their latest SEC filings...pulled directly:

At September 13, 2005, the Company had no cash, no operations and no revenues. These factors raise substantial doubts about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern without raising significant additional capital.

what are your brokers' thoughts here??
