A shareholder letter has been issued. It invites shareholders to attend a special meeting to vote on a 1000 to 1 reverse split and a company name change to Club Resources Limited. The meeting is scheduled for Monday, May 26, 2008 at 1039 Mainland Street, Vancouver, B.C. Shane Schmidt is listed as the President/Secretary.
