Cinram Reports that Trust Units will be delisted effective July 16, 2012

TORONTO, June 15, 2012 – Cinram International Income Fund (“Cinram” or the “Fund”) (TSX: CRW.UN) today reported that it has received notice from the Toronto Stock Exchange that effective close of business on July 16, 2012, its Trust Units, trading under the symbol CRW.UN, will be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange. TORONTO, July 25, 2012 /CNW/ - Cinram International Income Fund (TSX: CRW.UN) (together with its subsidiaries, "Cinram" or the "Fund") announced today that the proposed sale of substantially all of Cinram's assets and businesses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France and Germany (the "Sale Transaction") to newly formed subsidiaries of Najafi Companies has received U.S. court approval.

Under the Sale Transaction announced on June 25, 2012, Najafi will purchase substantially all of the assets used in Cinram's core businesses for the manufacture of pre-recorded multimedia products and the provision of related logistics services, digital media solutions and outsourced vendor management inventory services in North America and substantially all of the European business.

The Sale Transaction is expected to close in August 2012, subject to satisfaction of closing conditions, although the transfer of portions of the business may occur later in the year.

???........it's a shell. The company you are referring to was sold to a private entity(2012/2013 for the European division). There is absolutely nothing here.......so the scam thing you are referring to with regards to the company makes absolutely no sense. It's a dead shell with an active ticker that has been manipulated by retail "BS".......that is all.

now look at this, there was 880K shares available for sale @0.0015, and with a small ask hit of 23K wiped it out.

Yep.. But since CRWFF had such an amazing move yesterday, now it will be to see if it will hold it gains, not the major, but the small one.. So the yesterday opened @0.0003 and closed @0.0045.. Now it is trading above 0.0012.. Thats I considered it a good gain, and it is holding..

Need to keep that for the next leg. Till then, just watch it closely. and keep eye on the L2 manipulation.
