???........it's a shell. The company you are referring to was sold to a private entity(2012/2013 for the European division). There is absolutely nothing here.......so the scam thing you are referring to with regards to the company makes absolutely no sense. It's a dead shell with an active ticker that has been manipulated by retail "BS".......that is all.
