Its just not my cup of tea after reading the 8-k. I'll leave this one to the more "experienced" R/M and shell players. I'll be watching from the sidelines and sure if theres an angle you guys will find it!

Indeed.. I grabbed my initial at .038 early today, and avg'd down in the low .02's...

With a Bid and ask of .028x.029 at the close I feel much better...

People must remember this may not even do a R/S it was lightly mentioned in the 8K.. It seemed to of gone over EVERYONE's head (myself included). Like I said earlier SPNI mentioned they were doing a R/S, and the PPS went from .0006 to .0075.. Same situation Reverse merger, but with POTENTIAL R/S.. Nothing is set in stone..

I'm holding my shares.. There are times people panic, and sell, and of course have every right to, but things don't always go as planned..

The 8-K does say they "May" do a R/S.. Nothing is set in stone..

Similar to what happened to SPNI.. It dropped to .0006 after they announced a reverse merger with a R/S, and the PPS then went to .0075...

No reason why it wont happen here...

I bought way too soon. The next time I bet I will read a little more. This will end up being a disaster. As already stated there is no way the company owns 99% without a reverse split.

This is in the 8K filing. Now that I have re-read it and have a better understanding of its implications, I caution everyone to be very careful here, so it does not end up like MRXT/TYHR.

IF they effect the merger as illustrated (the merger has not yet been officially consumated) this would equate to a 1:100 RS, but NOT affecting Renyuan's shares! That is the ONLY way the current share structure would equate to 1% of the OS residing with existing shareholders, and 99% with Renyuan.

Read, and make your own decisions of its meaning.......I wish everyone nothing but the best of luck!
