Indeed.. I grabbed my initial at .038 early today, and avg'd down in the low .02's...

With a Bid and ask of .028x.029 at the close I feel much better...

People must remember this may not even do a R/S it was lightly mentioned in the 8K.. It seemed to of gone over EVERYONE's head (myself included). Like I said earlier SPNI mentioned they were doing a R/S, and the PPS went from .0006 to .0075.. Same situation Reverse merger, but with POTENTIAL R/S.. Nothing is set in stone..
