Several former TLPEQ officers are involved in Marius Silvasan's private company Abacus World Corp.

Abacus provides services to private companies that wish to go public.

Abacus has recently taken a private company public and it has just been approved to trade on the Nasdaq.

And now, These TLPEQ officers seem to have an inactive shell that could be used for a similar deal.

I alerted it on Tuesday when I saw the unusual volume, at 0003 within minutes it ran to 0012, fell to 0007, ran to 0012, and closed at .0008. The next day TLPEQ, fell to 0005, ran to 0012 fell to 0006, ran to 0011 repeat, and closed at .0005. Thursday it fell to .0005 ran to .0009 closed at .0006. Friday it was at 0005 <on the bid> ALL DAY, but buys kept coming in and NO ONE SOLD, till the end of the day, 1 trader sold 18O,1OO shares. WHAT ABOUT THE BUYS??? THERE WERE 1 MILLION BUYS! And yet it closed down 16% at .0005???

More clues that TLPEQ may be coming online. Marius Silvasan’s wife, Jeanne Chan, is the registered agent for a LLC in Florida formed last month where Silvasan is listed as a Manager.
