1st target: Trade at least 0.0155, which is projected EPS, based on 2016 revenues.

2nd target: Add a multiplier to those revenues. (Presently, the trucking industry is operating with an average 27 PE ratio.)

Once the deal solidifies, institutions will be all over this at this incredibly low valuation we currently have. Again, IMO.

Im not sure why people are focused on anything other than the valuation of the trucking company at this point. Keep in mind, the point of CWIR putting the trucking company in chapter 11 is so they can buy the assets at a discount and loose the liabilities. We have DD that actually shows revenues were higher than the 28.8M in 2016, plus we have DD that proves the trucking company is on track to produce 2017 revenues that are similar to 2016.

Pain of missing OWC$ was on me and almost was impossible to find one as legit. Than I noticed CWIR on BB board as I remember CWIR from 2014.so I took a look & noticed CEO & Platt resume or basically who they are, immediately I noticed as legit people. Sold everything on market & loaded here by hitting above the ask.I did pm/reply to many big players but none look seriously except excellent trader.. love your neighbor.. that loaded big time.....19 years I was waiting to hit one 7 figure and seem almost there...sorry to write personal thoughts...big $$ soon will take over in here, IR firm with global release by next week....hope traders realize CEO is not bluffing...

Wow, congratulations on a very strong investment decisions! I blew it on the 4th when 0.0017's were filling. Chart told me were would be testing 0.0015 support on the 5th, which I intended to take most. Still have a nice chunk, but was really counting on doubling up on the 5th.

Next thing I knew 35's were hitting and here we are headed toward smashing that 0.0064 resistance.

Happy to be aboard with a solid DD crew here. Hard not to be overly excited about this one, it has all the makings of a massive gainer with a dream-team-like leadership, their no nonsense approach, and a fantastic business model.

With this acquisition, current PPS is roughly 35% of potential EPS, based off 2016 revenues of trucking company. Let that sink in folks!

All Im saying is we are just getting started here. Why break out the MJ pump already? The company has given no signal that they are even targeting biotech. Yes Platt is on the board and that is VERY EXCITING, but your extrapolation connecting Platt to MJ seem very premature and entirely speculative. Besides, Platt has taken companies from OTC to BB's. At this point I'm assuming that is why he is here.

We like transportation and logistics. According to Forecast, between 2016 and 2027, overall freight tonnage will grow a total of 35%. Over that same timeframe, the amount of freight moved by trucks will grow slightly less at 27%.

We like the financial industry, Community banks, advisories, wealth management. Being able to accumulate assets under management will improve our ability to self-fund additional acquisitions.

Certain geographic regions of the entertainment industry have tremendous growth possibilities.

Production companies with emerging market focus are good fits with very high profit margins.

Real estate such as Multi-family REITs will continue to be valuable assets as the cost of purchasing homes has increased at higher rates relative to incomes in regions that we follow.

NO MENTION OF BIOTECH...NONE!

Moreover, the business plan is to acquire companies with 5-30M in revenue & 500K in cash, with the goal being to spin them off as publicly listed companies.

We’re an acquisition holding company that will purchase private
operating businesses with annual revenues of between $5 million to around $30 million. These businesses will become wholly owned subsidiaries of CWIR, the parent company.

Clearly, by their current acquisition, they are targeting companies that need to be turned around. Buying companies that are bankrupt may actually be part of the business model.

IMO- Its the business model that will move us from pennies to weight, as was pumped in the letter. If Platt wanted in MJ, he already has a biotech company he could make a move with-No need for CWIR that.

There is so much solid verifiable DD here, why start the MJ hype? This is a solid & clean play. Let just let this climb on the merits of what is verifiable for the time being. Besides, why setup new investors to expect something that is only a very very remote possibility?
