pretty exciting $$$ $CWIR
new highs coming you stand in front of a freight train you get run over lol
That's a million $$ topic , personally I believe insiders holding of 950 mil will end up in preferred...then possible buy/back on 30% of bil remaining as o/s....remember CEO & team are wealthy & surrounded by big hedge fund colleagues . ....speculation from me...
The strength of the bid at each level after a rise is price is just awesome...lots of turnover..but the price doesn't plummet..looking great. Considering this came from 000's ...its showing amazing strength..

Flagpole target of .005 has been met, now onto the .006-.008 range imo, CWIR
HOD BREAK COMING FOR $ CWIR!! SPREAD THE WORD!! BULLISH
CWIR BUY BABY - BOUNCE
Then nickels, dimes, and quarters imo CWIR
There must be another Co. moving into CWIR shortly.
CWIR unreal how hard it is to get bulk shares here, accumulation is the only way imo
Call him yourself and ask.
Gotcha. Either way, it's the first of many. Once that light bulb lights up for everyone...well, you know the rest. GLTA UF
Call it what you want what I posted were court documents showing the revenues and assets of the company. Those are not speculation, and if you want you can pay to access them as well, just as I did. GL.
No, I did not. The CEO was impressive enough to me, as were his partners that he discussed at length that I did not even consider questioning their rationale behind one ticker or another. It is what it is. 20M O/S, 2B O/S or 20B O/S to me is irrelevant. CWIR. Buy, sell, do what you do. As for me, there's a meme on one of the posters here about sleeping like a baby as the owner of some CWIR shares, with the point being there are plenty of others that run the risk of keeping you up at night. Count me in that category right along with him. UF
Fantastic! Thank you for the reply.
no my question wasn't why PINK...it was why this ticker?.. there are other pinks or otcqb with much better share structures that would give them a much better chance of uplist and exposure to the bigger markets and money without the need for reverse splits or buybacks. I'm loving the action here and certainly if even half of all works out as planned..this can achieve multi nickels from this level..just curiuos..

Just remember $20-$30m is the turnover, so the market cap conservatively is ten times that amount just for the first company!
That's why this is heading to pennies and way higher!
Great post uf, very well put.
Here your answer, about why PINK? A question that has been asked is, why start on the Pinks? There are a few reasons, NYSE and Nasdaq
companies for the taking just don’t exist and if they do, the acquisition cost is probably close to around
$100 million. Starting from scratch with an S-1, fund raising, FINRA, IPO process is time consuming and
our story would have been lost in paperwork drafts and amendments. Going with the OTC market puts
us on a “fast track” and we are using this platform only as a stepping stone to building our shareholder
base, our financials, making sure our in-house compliance department is in order so when we decide to
up-list, we’ll be ahead of the curve. With the pipeline of companies we have signed to Letters of Intent
to purchase, we would meet the listing criteria with our initial acquisition. Are we going to apply right
away? Probably not, I’d like to build our consolidated financials first. We’d like to have some real size
and depth before considering.
Share structure is perfect, level 2 is paper thin. CWIR will reveal all in an orderly fashion. Multiple LOIs signed already and huge acquisition closing this month. So many amazing things in the pipeline.
Let me just put it to you this way... Currently, we are at about a 10M market cap. They've been piecing together companies that will be rolled up for over a year. CWIR is the vehicle for doing so. The first one is a $20M-$30M company to be used as a vehicle for expanding their footprint in the trucking industry...and that's just one of several to come.
The only thing he would say is that each one will be brought in once the dust had settled so to speak from the previous one and he was referring to the legal, paperwork, documentation, filings, etc on each as the plan is to only bring on companies with strong revenues and profits already and solid management already in place.
They aren't operators. None of the primary officers/directors will end up being bogged down in the day to day of one business or another. As they plainly stated, they're deal makers. The want the companies to stand alone even after acquisition and run themselves, only with renewed focus and with the financial backing necessary to ensure their success. UF
Locked and Loaded! Filing may appear any day
if you spoke with the CEO..did you ask him the simple question of why did they choose CWIR?..certainly there are much better suited tickers out there based on share structure etc... any mention of buybacks to help that situation some?..I mean as far a sub penny goes..obviously the outstanding and float counts are terrible ...but certainly this stock doesn't go big board with out either a buyback or reverse... whats the scoop going forward?

CWIR IS A BUY !! YES SIR
I did...but my point is still that it still is speculation...one could even call pumping, which is common at PS level, BUT, this one behaves like people with $$$ know that this is real.
As I posted yesterday, I had all my shares to dell at .0024 and THANKFULLY no one was looking to buy all my shares (all or none order) so I still have my shares!
I am NOT putting my shares on the block again for a while...got lucky once, not going to test fate again.
This is an impressive company, whatever is going on....
RIGHT ON!!!!!!! Wait till more people hear about $CWIR!!!!
Did you see the DD posted yesterday?
I think I might buy some
I have never seen a PS behave like this with such a long sustained growth...methinks that there is quiet outside support (non-traditional PS investors) that may know something and is buying up shares...
more than $150,000 invested today alone....somethings up....
here seller seller $CWIR
Buy the dip CWIR!!! BULLISH
More announcements to come! $CWIR
Setting up for a multi-day run to pennies!
Deep into the DD on this one & OMG sums this one up exactly! Once people understand the scope of this acquisition the valuation here will be superb. Then, throw on more acquisitions and this is a GEM.
Company disclosed they already have multiple LOI's in progress. CWIR business model is to acquire companies with a minimum of 5M in revs and 500K in cash.
There's no maybe about it. Multiple companies in the works...
Did he give any indication of time frame to see the pipeline?
Agreed huge buy here with CWIR
CWIR so undervalued they it's going to take time to correct itself you its proper valuation, first copper, then nickle, some and so on. Next OWC* imo
CWIR = BULLISH BUY BUY BUY
CWIR ready for .006 test, stalling can only last for so long. CWIR shares are locked and very scarce. CWIR will be trading multi pennies very soon
Highlights For Emphasis - Dear Fellow Shareholders,
Here's a snippet of the letter to shareholders. Highlighted for emphasis are the points verified and discussed at length in a phone conversation with the CEO. Nothing new, just verification of what he's already put out there, but enough for me to accumulate another 10M shares yesterday and this morning based strictly off that conversation. GLTA and I hope like hell for each of your sakes that you don't sell even one share of this very unique and amazing opportunity. UF
"I’m sure you’re all wondering about the new management, additions to our Board of Directors and our business model moving forward. I will say that I am excited to begin executing our model, although we started the process about a year ago, we decided on using CWIR as our public platform a few months ago. We also had to make sure our partners were on board and our deal flow pipeline was strong.
A question that has been asked is, why start on the Pinks? There are a few reasons, NYSE and Nasdaq companies for the taking just don’t exist and if they do, the acquisition cost is probably close to around $100 million. Starting from scratch with an S-1, fund raising, FINRA, IPO process is time consuming and our story would have been lost in paperwork drafts and amendments. Going with the OTC market puts us on a “fast track” and we are using this platform only as a stepping stone to building our shareholder base, our financials, making sure our in-house compliance department is in order so when we decide to up-list, we’ll be ahead of the curve.
With the pipeline of companies (plural) we have signed to Letters of Intent to purchase, we would meet the listing criteria with our initial acquisition. Are we going to apply right away? Probably not, I’d like to build our consolidated financials first. We’d like to have some real size and depth before considering.
So what exactly is our business model? We’re an acquisition holding company that will purchase private operating businesses (plural) with annual revenues of between $5 million to around $30 million. These businesses will become wholly owned subsidiaries of CWIR, the parent company.
I do believe this may be the first time that a microcap pink sheet listed company purchased a business many times its current market cap. We look for management teams that want to work together with us, as a team, to grow and expand the business. They will be able to focus on executing the business while we focus on investments, capital markets, investor relations and regulations.
At some point in the future, be it two or three years, depending on the market environment, we’ll consider spinning subsidiary off. As a current shareholder during that time, you will also receive shares in that entity.
If you ask me where we see ourselves in five years, I would say that we would like to have ten to fifteen subsidiaries under our
umbrella at all times and spinning off or selling four or five each year.
I don’t roll the dice, I don’t gamble, I don’t hope things happen. I like to believe that I do sure things. As a matter of fact, I’ve only been to Vegas a handful of times because of these reasons. The way we do that is by controlling the process, structuring deals that make economic sense because we are executing on our terms.
What’s our industry focus? Quite frankly, we’re generalist, except for David Platt, who specializes in Pharma and Bio tech, and Ray that specializes in the financial arena, but at the end of the day we’re all deal guys."
