Kinda lookin like Dead Man Crawling
CDNL's "potential action in Cameroon" 2 weeks ago clearly didn't produce any results.
Probably the CEO meant he was enjoying some recreational activities on his shareholder-funded vacation to Cameroon.
Don't worry- they're "finalizing" reports and the giant contract is "in review" !!
Puravida,
Any news?
Happy New Year.
Thanks PURA, HNY! to you.
Appreciate the updates the way I
appreciate a good novel ;).
Wow, what fantastic news. Wish I could buy millions more!!!
Watch the Redbirds take over the world. Remember, you heard it here first.
Here's the updates:
- Cameroon deal is 'almost done'. The file has been transferred to <insert random name here> and that's the last step before <insert random action here>
- Kevin is working very hard at getting CDNL re-listed and it will happen soon. Very soon. Pinky promise.
- The financial audit is in the process of being prepared for.
- Lots of interest from many potential Redbird buyers, none of whom can be named or have provided any money, but they're really super duper interested in buying thousands of units.
- A new office has been set up at the local Starbuck's. SEC will finally be informed of the mailing address sometime in 2021.
Pure Vida,
Any updates on CDNL?
Happy New Year
2 months after this "transfer" and nothing happening heh.
If CDNL gets the Cameroon contract it will be a dramatic case of :"DEAD MAN WALKING!!!!"
For a moment, Ms Mangeshkar did wonder whether her glass was half full or half empty, but the reason why she was served less water was not really existential.
The dystopian future we worried about is already here.
According to a government report earlier this year, India is facing its worst-ever water crisis, with some 600 million people affected. The report said the crisis was "only going to get worse" in the coming years and warned that 21 cities were likely to run out of groundwater by 2020.
https://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-india-46451834
"If" it moves forward?
Wowow, every month there's suddenly another group added who's required to "approve" a deal.
This despite 4 years ago KJ was telling everyone the deal was fully approved and only needed EXIM funding.
I wonder if there's any number of lies he can be caught in before CDNL supporters will finally accept KJ is a compulsive liar.
Many applications - great stuff Pura.
Beautiful film, haven't watched (halfway now ;) one like that for awhile - real tv instead of the current diet of reality tv.
Man, three wives cause getting water takes 12 hours and there are other chores need doing - if it was me, I'd just do some of it myself knowing one is more than a handful ;).
The guy who mentioned he didn't know why his regular supply for the last few years wasn't there but some peeps had theories likely read the same thing I read today: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=145085607
Thanks and good luck!.
Great minds think alike (grin). Not sure if the Chinese buyer actually has the rights, nor if they have put in any more systems like the one up on the N/W China border near Kazakhstan. From what I understand, that deal was actually sabotaged.
I just sent Kevin an email asking if there was any further discussion on India and also sent him this concerning video.....
https://rtd.rt.com/films/india-water-crisis/#anchor_watch_video
The situation is compounded by the fact that most larger industrialized cities water coming from the tap isn't drinkable. Most everyone buys bottled water in the cities. I know my contact and Kevin (at one time) discussed making hybrid Redbird systems to install at apartment/condo complexes and also universities and industrial complexes. They also discussed hybrid Redbird systems for small villages that would include larger battery banks with solar and also wind to install mini-grids for the villages.
So, still waiting to see if any of that takes root.
Hey Pura, just noticed the longer version reply bout' India - very interesting and rational (coincidence my reply re India only).
Speaking of production, I'm curious if the buyer in China (with prod. rights) has produced any more units. Thanks.
Yes, World Bank and others on it with $eed money.
1.1B people still with no electricity - off grid baby!, or ..
Mini Grid too;

There are tremendous needs all across the globe. This company could really do well with some more networking and forward thinking sales engineers.
Yes, World Bank and other stake holders see the economics/benefits and developing market..

No problem. Just trying to keep those who have not lost all hope updated.
I personally really like the Redbird systems and am very interested in seeing
the company succeed. It is my longer term hope to see systems going to India,
Central and South America where they are both needed and one of the only ways
small villages can have clean water from rivers, lakes and wells.
Also, I have higher hopes that the costs can come down significantly once quantity
would grow large enough to warrant this.
For India, I have put Kevin in contact with a very good source there.
Again, time will tell - but I am not complaining, but trying to be a constructive helper.
Pura,
Much appreciate the update. Every little bit of hope helps, although I am mentally prepared for a total loss here. Seems we're close to a final decision since it never reached Minepat before and we no longer need to deal with the EXIM Bank and all the political hassles therein.
Look forward to future info. Hope your holiday went well.
YES, time will tell. All we can do is hold are worthless shares and hope something comes of this new deal.
MP2U
Although it may not seem like much, it is a VERY complex deal when there are 3 government agencies involved. I highly respect Kevin for working so diligently and not giving up. Besides the 3 government agencies (Major ones) and quite political, you also have to get approval from and real-estate allotted for each of the 5 communities. He has worked through ALL of the above and now we wait.
And as far as for years, this IS NOT the same deal as before. This is a new deal that he had to put together after the EXIM bank deal was put on hold. Time will tell.
Yea, they've been saying they were close for a few years now...still no deal.
MP2U
MINEPAT and CAMWATER.
Seems we are very close.
What commission are you talking about?
MP2U
Just got monthly update from Kevin. Paperwork is at the commission level now waiting to see if it moves forward or not. We have a bit more time to find out.
Patiently waiting and hoping for a good outcome.
If only penny stock water companies could be monitored in real time like the level of a water table..

CDNLz
I hate to say it, but it is a SCAM. The guy spends more time sitting at home on Facebook then he does trying to get his company relisted. He is dragging you along in hopes that no one sues him. I can make up all sorts of updates and make it sound legitimate, but I haven't seen any factual progress to back up his "updates".
EXIM bank was rechartered over 3 years ago
can't blame them any more when KJ is now claiming CAMWATER and MINEPAT are the ones who still need to approve any deal.
Who's doing this supposed audit?
What you're claiming doesn't make sense.
1. EXIM bank was not "defunded". The bank actually generates profit, it doesn't require "funding" from congress. What happened is its authorization expired, which means it was barred from making new transactions.
2. EXIM bank was re-authorized a mere 5 months later, in December 2015. That was nearly 3 years ago. Any business deals which were contingent on EXIM lending would have faced, at most, 6 months delays.
3. "MINEPAT is the last hurdle before funding" <-- so you admit that CDNL even today is still at least a full step away from even applying for financing on this supposed Cameroon project.
EXIM cannot possibly be responsible for any deal delays when the deal is still being negotiated for 3 years after the bank was re-authorized.
4. How could you possibly guess what Kevin was or wasn't spending money on? He hid the financials, lied about his office location, and lied about starting an audit and making filings.
5. Scammers fool newspaper reports, astute business managers, and White House staffers all the time. Those are all just ordinary people not magical truth detectors.
Ever heard of Theranos? They got hundreds of millions of $ and were on the cover of a dozen magazines. Do you also believe it could also never possibly have been a scam and that it will start making money right after it's finished bankruptcy and its ex-ceo gets out of jail?
Ever heard of Solyndra? They got $1b from private investors, $535 million from the gov't, and Obama visited their plant for a tour. Do you also believe it couldn't possibly be a scam and it will some magically make money even though it's been bankrupt for years?
Trusting reporters and political flunkies to do your due-diligence for you is foolhardy.
6. Even if KJ is well meaning, he's still a liar and demonstrably incompetent. Does it matter if it's a so-called "scam" or not when the guy you're paying $10,000/mo to run the company can't even fill out a change-of-address form for the SEC?
7. Suspended companies like CDNL essentially NEVER get relisted. And why would they? it's cheaper & easier to set up a new company which has a clean reputation.
If this contract with Cameroon is real, KJ makes a lot more money starting a new, private company where he collects 100% of the profits and doesn't have to deal with angry shareholders + SEC requirements..
It'd be cheaper for KJ to simply start a new corporation. And one where he has a much higher or even total ownership %.
What about EXIM bank lending the funds?
Supposedly that was the "last step" for many years
Well, I don't think we have been scammed. There would have never been all the political newspaper articles, all of the acclamation from the state etc. if it were all just a big scam. Even the invitation to the White House. I mean seriously.
Kevin Jones, Cardinal Resources' CEO Invited to the White House Business Council to Discuss the President's Export and International Trade Agenda
I think Kevin just got in a little over his head when it appeared that the contract was going through the first time. He geared up, rented high-price high visibility real estate for the office, spent too much money up front, and then got caught in the EXIM Bank defunding fiasco. It's really been quite a frustrating ordeal for him plus all of us who still would like to see the Redbirds installed everywhere they are needed.
You are correct, Kevin holds nearly 44 million shares, so in the long run, it would be in his best financial interest to get this relisted and the price running up.
If it truly had been a scam, he would never continue to update me month to month as he moves the newer contract along. And, you are correct - MINEPAT is the last hurdle before funding through the CHARTER BANK selected.
I, along with you and a few other shareholders I know are holding out hope and want the company to succeed in getting relisted and seeing the stock price grow with continued orders. The prices of the total units can go down exponentially once manufacturing begins and cash flow starts.
I'll keep you posted here once I know more.
PURA VIDA
Purevida,
Thanks much for the news. I'm thinkin Minepat is the last step if it ever actually gets there. And then who knows!! Every sliver of hope at this point helps and costs nothing to keep informed.
I remember a PR from KJ from years ago saying that he had about 40 million shares!! So,maybe he's got a real stake here for something to happen and relist.
Or maybe the bashers are right and we've been scammed. We'll see.
Got an email from Kevin last night. The file is being transferred from CAMWATER to MINEPAT at this point. I'll continue to update as I know more. Have a great Fall season.
Pura
Looks very bleak. But you never know.Could be light at the end of the tunnel--or it could be another train approaching!!
Lol

Any update info on CDNL ????
Pura,
Any update info on CDNL ????
Thanks for the reply - missed it first time round..
I've followed scams since 2002.
This one was rather obvious after the years of promises about Cameroon,
but him buying shares and filing those Form 4's during the height of the pump and dump took the cake.
If you didn't realize it was a scam after that move, you shouldn't be investing in the bowels of the stock market.
If you played the pump and dump, good for you.

C'mon Dog, if it were that easy we would all be millionaires and every notion would be invented. However, you must give KJ credit for following his dream.

Enrico Fermi: “If the result confirms the hypothesis, then you've made a measurement. If the result is contrary to the hypothesis, then you've made a discovery.” In the seemingly unending hunt for dark matter, the discovery of nothing means a lot.
Please tell Kevin to stop with the bull.

How many people need time to relax after a vacation where he never seems
get anything done?
----------------------
Ahhh, sorry for the lapse from me. Kevin had sent me an email shortly after returning from Cameroon. CAMWATER is sending the last piece of documentation to the 5 local communities for land permitting. After this, it goes to MINEPAT for financing. Not sure on a timeline on that to be completed.
Kevin is taking a week to relax now after the work and travel. He spent some time driving near the eastern continental divide and also doing some cycliing which he enjoys.
I sent him 2 more email's yesterday asking if he had heard anything else.
I'll keep you posted as I know more.

Any updates from Kevin? Been awhile.
Thanks
Do you claim KJ was never "fairly heard"?
KJ issued press releases... up until he stopped.
KJ made facebook updates... up until he stopped.
KJ wrote twitter tweets... up until he stopped.
KJ was given months to respond to the SEC... up until he admitted 'no contest'.
He had, and still has, all the opportunity in the world to 'explain' or rescind his previous lies.
Better yet, he could have never made those lies in the first place.

In October 2004 a committed team of environmental professionals founded Cardinal Resources. Since that time the Cardinal team has made dramatic progress in achieving its overall mission of delivering Clean Water,
Clean Environment, Worldwide. Working in more than 20 countries, in six languages and on six continents there are no limits to where we will go.
Our passion developed from our world class remediation, environmental assessment and engineering services. We implemented sustainable solutions that focused on reducing our clients’ environmental footprints,
improving their processes and finding new ways to address the most challenging of problems. We began earning a reputation for going well beyond traditional environmental work and our clients consistently earned a
Green Advantage in their marketplaces.
From 2005 through 2009 we began a major shift in our corporate focus as we invested heavily in what is now our pride and joy, the patented Red Bird System. Following some pro-bono projects our teams completed in post-civil
war Liberia, we saw an acute need for communities in the developing world to have a simple, reliable and sustainable method of producing clean drinking water. Our approach was to design and deliver a rugged, solar powered
system which uses no pre-treatment chemicals and very little maintenance.
From the initial evaluation to the final solution, Cardinal Resources can provide the strategic thinking, technical expertise, sustainable systems, and discipline to appropriately address any environmental challenge worldwide.
President and CEO
Mr. Jones has worked in the environmental consulting, water resources, and remediation fields for more than 30 years. As the President and CEO of Cardinal Resources, he has taken his company in new directions by developing
sustainable water treatment systems and promoting quality environmental services and consulting worldwide. His efforts at growing international business have earned the company recognition by the US Department of Commerce,
and in 2014 he was appointed to the Western Pennsylvania District Export Council. His vision is to grow Cardinal Resources into the global preferred solution for sustainable water treatment. He states that, “Although what we are
selling is a water system, ultimately what we provide is progress, a physical commitment to the future, and a step up for people.”
Professional Experience
Mr. Jones founded Cardinal Resources in 2004 as a double bottom line company with the goals to build a global company focused on the mission of Clean Water - Clean Environment - Worldwide.
Beginning with conceptual designs in 2005, Mr. Jones has been instrumental in the development of the Red Bird System and holds four patents relative to the multimedia filtration and the system itself. Through Mr. Jones’ efforts,
in 2011 Cardinal Resources was recognized by Commercial News USA as the Exporter of the Year in the Environmental Category and also received an Export Achievement Award from US Commercial Services (USCS). This
growth and commitment has also generated international investments in late 2013 into the company from five countries.
Starting in his previous company in the 1990s, Mr. Jones began to build global experience dealing with wastewater and groundwater remediation. His international work in these programs took him to China, Australia, Japan, South
Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Turkey, Mali, Senegal, Ghana, Liberia, Nigeria, Canada, and Brazil.
