All those answers and more are in the court docs , Everything in there makes it crystal clear !!
Old Dave Williams even lied about who he was on ihub. !! OOPS !! LMAO !!
BAM !! FACT !!
I am surprised you do not hold responsible for any of this Mr. Turrini, who has fled, incommunicado, to South America, or any other BOD members. Why is that?
It also says in the court docs how Dave Williams was using an alias in an effort to manipulate the CLYW share price !!
He may have fled from CLYW , but he continues his work on other stocks !!
Karma will eventually get to him !!
He may have evaded the law on CLYW but what goes around comes around !!
BAM !! FACT !!
Here is proof that Dave Williams was trying to manipulate the board, share price and share holders !!
All is s great read but page 10 sheds real light on the matter !!
Also note where the monies to pay for the audit was raised by shareholders that were lied too about the cost and who was actually in charge of getting these funds !!
No wonder Dave Williams other businesses are dead !!
Dave Williams is the only one to blame for CLYW's down fall !!
BAM !! FACT !!

Hey Dave Williams ,according to the court docs you are a bully !! aka the Great toothless wonder !! I know you still read this board.
I just wanted to tell you that the day you blackmailed your way onto the BOD of CLYW was the downfall of CLYW and shareholders
You have no business sense whatsoever.
I notice your other businesses are dead or dying.
Yes , Dave Williams you made all of us lose on what could have been a money maker for all.
TMobile offered 5 million once and you declined , that would have been the first move up.
But you are an idiot and blew it for us.
We are here BC of Dave Williams!!!! CLYW IS DEAD !! Thanks DAVE WILLIAMS !! NOT !!
sounds like anything you know???
>>I would think that since TM claimed, and won, in court the fact that they were not infringing, Its a free for all on CLYW's 923 and TM can't say a word about it! Receiver isn't saying anything either. But as it stands, we are all still in limbo!! Go figure!
>>My question remains, what is the Judge that ordered the Receiver on this case saying???
Nothing.
>>How long has it been now???
Depends upon when you started counting. I started buying in 2004. Judge ordered receivership over two years ago. Receiver remains silent.

Boingo Wireless can also be contacted in reference to Calypso's patent. They are big player now in switching between Wi-Fi and mobile.
I have about 200,000 shares
I can be reached at johnjspellman@gmail.com
Still sitting on 217k here.
I wouldn't suspect the judge of any misdoing. I would -- based upon his own quantifiable legal history -- suspect Daic of bottom-dealing. Google him and his many business interests. I spoke with the receiver. He's not a happy man, having spent billable hours on CLYW and getting nothing in return. He doubted he'll even be paid for his time and OOP. That's really CLYW in a nutshell. We longs ride the waves for 5 or 8 or 10 years and finally get thrown up on the rocks. The Turinnis suddenly move back to Lower Wretchnia and disappear into some other industry after years of promising all the stockholders that they are just about to announce wild riches for all. One in 50 penny stocks ever pay off, and we all know it, but THIS one has to!
I'd suggest to the receiver that he pursue deals with other comm companies, but that's up to him, esp. if he ever wishes to get paid. He's an experienced lawyer in such receiverships and he got taken for a ride, too.
Let's all meet at the intersection of Hope and Greed Streets and have a beer.
Yes!! I'd say his people got together with TM's people, they all got together with the last judge and figured out how to retire comfortably in a quiet kind of way, and a deal was made!! We in turn got to catch the bag!! But I have said this all along, haven't I?? Now it's up to the receiver!! and he's keeping his mouth shut!!
That Daic gave-up a potential nine figure payoff never made sense. There is more going on here than we know.
SH I still have a small amount of shares 24K I believe is all that's left. I can also be reached at ecd_45 @ icloud.com There has to be a way to finalize this issue
This is true!! we all still own the company!! How would DD deal with that?
Dear SirHaggus,
You mentioned that you are in touch with receiver. What is receivers view?
Why didn't he publish anything or shared any information to shareholders?
Is Diac or receiver have any plan for shareholders?
Boingo Wireless is leader in wi-fi to mobile switching. Won't they
be interested in Calypso's patent which is valid for 4 more years.
That is correct. Gave "us" the joint ability to go to court. Gave us a chance in court - as we could not likely afford the needed lawyering-up on our own.
Didn't end up helping much in the end -obviously.
I believe the partial assignment (1/10 of 1%) was to give them standing in the court

I think they want to sue Google, because Google is offering cellular service that auto switch between Wifi and Cellular using signal strength method. See https://fi.google.com/about/experience/
Wooden posted about it here:

Does anyone know why the patent was signed over to Daic and Williamson back in August 2012?
http://assignment.uspto.gov/ 6680923
The patent review process from Google closed May 22nd. I don't know that anyone other than the receiver could appoint someone to submit details about the Calypso patents anyhow. I am also not sure that our patents met the requirements. So what do you other fellow longs have in mind?
I used to have a paid subscription but dropped it once the stock was stale. I do still maintain the company website on my own dime and on occasion, I speak to the receiver who is an intelligent, down to earth, reasonable man.
I have a few hundred email addresses for other shareholders. I don't know who still has stock or not or how much the have. A list of who owns what should be available from the bogus "shareholder vote" that happened down in Texas - I believe that is public information but wouldn't know how to get my hands on it as I haven't talked to any of the previous board in a long time.
Email me also can refer a good attorney in with another suit against goog
Same here my screen name @ yahoo dot com
Generally speaking, there is a three year time limit on filing a tort (case for a civil wrong, as opposed to a criminal wrong). That is quickly approaching.
You can count me in.
Is it just Tmobile or do we want to go after management also ?
I know for sure Dave Williams is still Lurking around here.
Isn't there a 4 year statue of limitations closing in on us ?
Please add me to your distribution. I am one of the stockholders who talked to Turrini several times before he suddenly relocated to Paraguay.
One notes that the time limit on filing a civil suit is usually three years.
You can send me an email DownAndOut on 'santech9@yahoo.com'.
I have some emails from Alicia, George Schilling, Cristian etc assuring everything is going well at Calypso back in 2006 and 2007 but didn't go well after that.
Lets make it happen. I'm in. Been in too long to just let it go. Can't believe we've had no word in such a long time
My e-mail is my alias here @ yahoo dot com if you want to add me.
Can't hurt,... Might help.
No but, I think WE longs should collectively sue T-mobile... that patent is still ours.
Do you have more info on Clyw? Been a long time follower and share owner, any new info would be helpful.
Hey Down,
SIRHAGGUS, I think, got a list of long timers emails.. I think he's still around
Down,
I've been around quite a long time.. Don't recall you posting here, did you have a different name..?
H.D.
basically pm me emails longtimers. I wanted to know if two posters I replied to received the orig message and not the edited 'sent privately'.. it was only after I sent -realized you have to pay for a premium account,
Sent what?
Have not posted in a while - but am still lurking.
those two that I sent, respond privately if you can- let me know if you read anything other than "sent privately" I don't have a prem account. Otherwise pm me your emails long timers.
sent private to a few regulars.
One could only pray. It's amazing that Google, Microsoft, Apple or someone else wouldn't spend a couple of bucks for Calypso.
My shares are showing a value in account... hmmm....
I believe you may just have hit the nail directly on the head!! not sure but Sir H's suggestion on the Google deal may just be the digger in T M's side that we been looking for. That is, unless TM pays a buyer off as I am sure they did with the Texas judge. It has long been my opinion that they bribed everyone and anyone involved in this case. That being said, I think you have a real point!! after all, what can TM say?? hey!! that's my stuff that I stole from CLYW!!!!!!
And Daic, who stood to make nine figures, has disappeared. How interesting.
Google is already infringing on the patent unless they are using T-Mobile's method:
https://fi.google.com/about/experience/
Good find, Sir!
I think instead of forwarding this information to receiver who either doesn't understand the value of patent and not interested in working for Calypso investors, better to forward patent information to Google contacts by some way.
Other than Google, Sprint can be another company which fighting against T-Mobile on all fronts may be interested in Calypso patent
I believe the outcome of the trial was that T-Mobil was not infringing on the Calypso patent based on the terminology as it was defined by the court. Therefore, if the terminology used in the T-Mobil patent for this communication platform is not considered to be encompassed by the Calypso patent terminology, then couldn't another company buy the Calypso patent and deploy the communication platform without infringing on the T-Mobil patent?
I don't want to get anyone's hopes up, but the logic seems reasonable to me. Then again, I'm not a lawyer.
Why would Google buy a patent ruled by the court as being unenforcable?
