Here is proof that Dave Williams was trying to manipulate the board, share price and share holders !!

All is s great read but page 10 sheds real light on the matter !!

Also note where the monies to pay for the audit was raised by shareholders that were lied too about the cost and who was actually in charge of getting these funds !!

No wonder Dave Williams other businesses are dead !!
Dave Williams is the only one to blame for CLYW's down fall !!
