You have to remember that this pr firm has other clients
also. They aren't going to drop everything and start working
on this one. It will take them some time to get things going
and by the time they do there should be enough time for
the exchange to approve there deals.

think this I.R. company is going to sit around and wait for approvals? that's a signed contract jman and they're probably getting paid on spec...that means they'll be crying for news ammo and lots of it....I predict a veritable news deluge!

Our differences is when news will be released. They have
to wait until they get these approvals out of the way.
There is to much on the line if they don't, but they should
get those in the next couple of weeks. I think the next 3
months should be interesting.

I think this stock will do well, but i think it may be
longer than you are looking for. I think it was a good move
to get a pr firm, which tells me that they must have some
good news coming down the road. I would also think that the
people who took shares for debt figure they could make a lot
more money with the shares than getting back there cash. The
private placement also doesn't hurt either. It looks like to
me that they setting things up for some good news in the
future.

It sure looks like to me that you can't take the heat on
this one, can you. You haven't given any credible info
on this stock since i ask you. You talked about 4 releases
coming out by this Friday, then you admit you have no ideal

Yes i do, but i won't much longer if i don't think news
will come. I think it could be quite a while before we
see any news out on this one. All you are doing is trying
to hype the stock up on news that you have no ideal will
be announce if at all. This stock maybe a good investment
long term but short term it will fall back from here.

here. This is why you shouldn't have hype news without
knowing if news was coming out for sure. I still maintain
that we won't see any major news for a while.

well that's their worry...I've got lots of shares and buy more whenever I find the dough cause it's just such a deal...
if they make $100,000 that's a penny per share...this stock will fly on deployment news and a couple of commercial clients....they are providing a valuable service or at least, will be...I'm curious as to what the first applications will be and of course, how lucrative they are....

I do agree with you that if the technology works the stock
should see a nice pop. I hope im wrong and you are right
that the news could come out before the exchanges approval,
but i doubt it will there is to much at risk for the debt
and private placement people.

I don't know when the exchange approval will occur nor do I know when they will release news...
I only know that if they do deploy the technology we as shareholders will be amply rewarded.

like I said...usually, except that they have to release material changes...the j/v with pervasys isn't going to wait forever and I'm sure abby would like a return on investment sooner rather than later...like you said, the shares for debt was cancelled before and could well be again...the p.p. is already at a 50% premium...I'm sure they think they're getting a deal even at that price...the stock isn't being held down by selling but rather by a lack of buying, and the guys getting the p.p. are probably not inclined to support the share price until after the approval but deployment news will change all that...

Don't you think that the company would try to put off any
testing until these things with the exchange are settle.
I sure would think they would, and im sure the people
getting the shares for debt and the people doing the
private placement sure don't want there deals negotiate
at a higher price. I know you said the shares for debt
isn't a problem but wasn't that cancell before at a higher
price. So do you think the big news will come out before
the exchange approves these deals are after they approve
these deals.

I'd say usually that's true...except material changes MUST be released...redoing shares for debt agreements is probably not a concern....cgw has traded at a dime for so long I'm sure the exchange would ignore a spike...

I have try calling the company and all they got is a
recording. I guess you know with this debt for shares, and
the private placement that the exchange has to approve of
it. This takes about a month for this to happen, and in the
mean time the stock cannot move up substantially until this
happens. If the stock were to move up to 50 cents the
exchange could cancel the debt and the private placement.
I am sure the company doesn't want that to happen. So that
tells us that no significant news will be release for at
least one month, not this week or next. Do you concur.

I have talked to the company and I know what they're working on...the framework of this will be spelled out in (I'm guessing) 4 news releases...when they are releasing them I don't know but it is imminent...it's a speculative game and if you're not up for the challenge I"ll understand....questioning my integrity isn't exactly d.d. though is it? why not call the company yourself or peruse the documentation on sedar...have you done either? Then you're just whining....

15 cents per unit for a total of $300,000 where each unit consists of one common share of the

June 8, 2002, and 20 cents per share if exercised June 8, 2002, but on or before June 8, 2003.
