I have try calling the company and all they got is a
recording. I guess you know with this debt for shares, and
the private placement that the exchange has to approve of
it. This takes about a month for this to happen, and in the
mean time the stock cannot move up substantially until this
happens. If the stock were to move up to 50 cents the
exchange could cancel the debt and the private placement.
I am sure the company doesn't want that to happen. So that
tells us that no significant news will be release for at
least one month, not this week or next. Do you concur.
