Sounds good, I really do not know about any zoom call, but if timing works out I can make it. I know BLSP well, not an impressive crew to say the least. A bunch of them our still peddling their crap through other entities. AD stand alones do no do well when built from greenfield. We use them all the time in industrial wastewater and of course when we can buy or lease them for next to nothing.

It is always just "Math".

So the nuts over on ST are now talking about suing the BLSP CEO to remove the CE tag. Same nut as was going to sue them a year or so ago. This will be the same result. Tough to sue a company with ZERO asets.

There has been some discussion on how "toxic lenders" forced the demise of BLSP. Total Hogwash. BLSP failed due a terrible B-plan. They were stupid optimistic on their financial estimates and failed as soon as their first facility opened. They failed technically and financially.

Then they left the country.

Until March 2021, Bluesphere Corp. of Delaware, USA, was the owner of 60% of the Company profit share and dividends rights whereas the remaining 40% of dividend, and share profit rights were and still are held by Helios UK (Netherlands) Ltd.. The Board of Directors is equally composed and managed by both parties. The majority voting rights equal to 52%, are held by Helios UK (Netherlands) Ltd.
During March 2021, Bluesphere Corp. has sold its rights in the Company to a Czech Republic based limited liability company, the directorship and management rights remained unchanged

I'm sure you're right. I don't know anything more about it than what I read in the SEC complaint. But when companies become entangled with toxic funders, things usually just get worse.

I just shake my head when I read the various boards regarding BLSP. So much spin on everything! So now the SEC and Toxic lenders is the new shiny thing that the Sheeple are hanging their hat on. They forget that the reason BLSP failed here in the Good Ole USA was just piss poor performance! All projects failed, horrible management, bad leadership, a B-Plan that was complete BS, poor technical acumen, complete inaccurate financial projections, poor lender relations, missing EVERY key business matrix.

It had nothing to do with any of the things the sheeple flock talks about.

As an old engineer business guy, profits solve all problems, hitting targets keeps lenders off your ass. They missed EVERYTHING, and like many before them they failed.

Who is responsible for the failure, the Leadership of BLSP PERIOD!

They over promised and underperformed! Typical of all FAILED businesses. It is not rocket science.

So other sites have a pumping group saying that BLSP is about to file financials for the first time in many years??? Same group says that some european projects with BLSP names are still owned by BLSP USA. As most know, the BSLP USA Corp does not have a website, is not registered to do business in the USA, does not have an office in the USA, has NO USA employees, and has been DARK for YEARS.

And the sheeple think that a crap company is suddenly going to raise from the ashes and all the shareholders are going to get rich???

I have been on this site for MANY years and NOTHING surprises me in terms of the PUMP BLSP has gotten even when they were an commercially operating company.

Same old BLSP, deader than a doornail, no matter how hard some of the posters try and pump it up.
