Blue Sphere Brabant B.V. is part of a group. Until March 2021, Bluesphere Corp. of Delaware, USA, was the owner of 60% of the Company profit share and dividends rights whereas the remaining 40% of dividend, and share profit rights were and still are held by Helios UK (Netherlands) Ltd.. The Board of Directors is equally composed and managed by both parties. The majority voting rights equal to 52%, are held by Helios UK (Netherlands) Ltd.
During March 2021, Bluesphere Corp. has sold its rights in the Company to a Czech Republic based limited liability company, the directorship and management rights remained unchanged
