I like reading your posts here - you're one of the very few people who know first hand information about the company. Or I guess I should say, the old company since it seems like they've been out of business for a while now.

BLSP has been an interesting ride over the last few years on the various boards. When they were reporting years ago, it was interesting for me to see how people could read a financial report and then report on the boards how well BLSP was doing.

Then BLSP went dark and the real goons came out and fabricated all kinds of kooky garbage about the company. It was easy to just make up stuff and move the PPS. And of course those like me that had always thought BLSP was dead, we were shouted down.

Every few months a new crew would appear and attempt to overtake the various boards. A few of us (War) would attempt to post our thoughts which naturally we were accused of "paid bears", shorters, working for BLSP, all kinds of HOG WASH

Well I am still here. Sort of a hobby.

All just garbage, until the company reports, which I predict never happens.

BLSP continues to trade, AMAZING. Only Non-Americans can buy. It is a garbage stock that will eventually just fade away just like so many others. On other sites I see people talking about lawsuits, taking over the company, BLSP continue to dominate the world.

All just Cow Dung. BLSP has been dead for many years. People bought the junk and lost. Get over it, as I have said a few times.

BLSP was indeed P&Ded by Scammers and Down Right Criminals that preyed on the sheeple. I feel horrible for those that lost money on this PIG. Those that gained on the P&D where either complicite in the P&D and the SEC has taken action against some of them. The others just followed the market and saw the P&D and took advantage of the situation.

I have warned people for YEARs about BLSP. Pigs do not fly. I warned many times during the P&D that it was just that.

Not all of the blame goes to those who manipulated this ticker, some gambled and lost, that is the nature of OTC.

You missed one thing if true, the real scumbags made money of it. Not retail working people who are honest. You are cheering and partying about people who lost money, it says a lot about you as person and that's not very positive.

Young and inexperienced people do not tend to understand business. It is very complicated with lots of moving parts. I have been at it since the early 80s and I still learn everyday. Running a company is just HARD. And a business can go from making good money to broke pretty quickly. If you look at a company like BLSP, they never made money for years, had a terrible B-Plan (they hired us to review their first facility which we said will not make it), then they executed poorly. Like many of these startups that take money from investors and shareholders, they tend to overspend on items that are not needed (like their airplane, salaries, etc) and underspend on the fundamentals of the business required to make money! No money no business.

They are a classic case of people trying to make a poor B-Plan work. They failed, like so many other business with the same B-Plan before them.

I did learn a lot watching the whole OTC thing. The BLSP PPS had a long down hill slide as they issued BILLIONS of new shares and reported dismal financial performance.

I watched the P&D types hype the company even when I knew they were finished. Then Darkness fell when BLSP filed to "Go Dark"

Then the P&D fun began. P&Ders had a field day. They could make up ANYTHING and call it true as the company was silent. The PPS fell to 0.0001 and then the PUMP. The P&D crew went crazy with CRAZY stories, none of which were true of course.

Then the SEC said, FAKE NEWS and MARKET MANIPULATION! They shut down USA trading and instantly created a HUGE number of Bag holders and or people that lost a lot of money.

So today people who lost money/bagholders want to blame someone (SEC, BLSP, Ghosts, Aliens) for their losses. They need to grow up and lean a valuable lesson on gambling!

BLSP was a lottery ticket, they lost, they need to MOVE ON

The end of April is right around the corner. A few sheeple left who still think BLSP is an active company. And those sheeple are claiming BLSP catches up with it's SEC filings by the end of the Month.

Pigs do not fly and the chances BLSP files financials by the end of the month are slim to none.

But there is always HOPE, which not a good investment strategy. Same as pulling the handle in Vegas!

From the various websites it appears the end of April is some kind of major milestone for BLSP? We have not heard from them in years now. The stock was heavily manipulated a year ago and a new round of sheeple got left holding bags when the SEC stopped US trading.

BLSP never made money, lost all USA commercial sites, and it appears they have abandoned the USA all together.

2 more weeks and April is gone. As I remember there was a lot of chatter about some major milestone a year or so ago. NOTHING happened.

Miracles happen, but betting on this PIG will not work out well. History repeats.

BLSP is the poster child for a silent company that a few people are attempting to forecast it's future. Lots of silly things about number of shareholders of record, paid bears, 10K filings, same company as Bia, lots of chart talk, just a lot of goofy garbage. If they choose to file great, many bagholders have a chance to get their money back assuming the SEC removes the CE label and allows trading. But they were losing lots of money with lots of debt when they choose to go dark and have lost all USA ops so to think that a filed 10K will show something good for BLSP is not in the cards. It would cost BLSP hundreds of thousands of dollars to pull their financials together and we know they lost their last CFO (1 of 3) just before they went dark.

Time and history has not been good for BLSP. Their leadership did some shady deals and got caught. Leadership has not been good. They talked a lot and walked very little. So now they are a grey market CE company which has been dark for years. Easy target for a few dreamers and some that are attempting to regain the money they lost in the 2021 big pump.

If there is no company then the stock would remain at .0010-0.0015 range so the “pump” as you put it would be pumping this to a max of .0015. So Ray ia pumping this to make .0001-.0005? You are correct regarding BLSP and Pump and Dump. There were a few winners but most lost as with most pump and dump runs. BLSP is not an operating entity so people cannot be investing in the company, they are attempting to invest or gamble on the P&D timing. The SEC identified BLSP as well as many other companies as a ticker that was being manipulated with false information. So they took it off the US market for purchase and it now carries the CE label. It is funny to watch certain boards pump away with all kinds of crazy rumors, none of which are true to try and dump their shares through the Grey market. The ticker should be ZERO, but a few are attempting to fleece the many.

Yes... There are winners and loosers with any stock... People are gambling on a ticker or trading it... I haven't come across a OTC ticker to not have a pump and dump. So trade any ticker with some skill and luck and come out a head or be like 90% of those that have losses at the end of the year..
TSLA gave plus 14% last year... I did better than that and I'm relatively new to this game and it is a game...

Trade the price not the company or the board talk...

BLSP is dead, the jump in PPS has NOTHING to do with the company. Just manipulation of the PPS by a few with a few thousand dollars. Same thing happened last year. A few people made up a bunch of garbage and the PPS soared! All vaporware. SEC agreed and took them off the US market. Nothing has changed except the newbies who are trying to get their money back using the same scam as was used on them.

Time and history have already judged BLSP. Company is dead, has been dead for years. But as you have correctly identified the company has nothing to do with the rise and fall of the PPS. Since the company is dark, people can play games with all sorts of fabricated information and plans. Which of course is what is happening.

If you are lucky enough to buy low and then ride the BS to near the crest and bail out, money can be made. I have watched it happen. But the company has done nothing in years to support a raise in PPS.

Funny, engineers never do well in english class! However since Anaeragia did not mention BLSP in their K, It will be very entertaining to watch how everyone reacts. So much fake news on BLSP, I do not understand why people work so hard to post garbage on a stock that cannot be bought in the US. A few are playing a game to keep the PPS elevated with a few thousand dollars.

BLSP will NEVER remove the CE label. People just need to understand it and move on.

Green Energy is a U.N. Mandate... The conflict with Russia will only accelerate a massive rush to update power needs in Europe. I am not saying BLSP will be involved but I won't be surprised. If they are this ticker will surpass .03 even before they are current and tradeable in the U.S. and much more before an obvious RS to get to NASDQ.

I tried to buy the site bluespherecorporate.com and I spoke in online chat with the hosts. They told me that I had to pay for my subscription first ($60-70) and that they would make the request to the owner who is bluesphere (they renewed the subscription on February 25, 2022)

Yup correct! lot's of false stories and theories here and abroad. One thing that will set the record straight is if they file what's required to make their way back to pink current. Any OTC ticker has risk weather it's business capital put to good use or just a gravy train of income for doing nothing. Time will be the judge here and opinions are just that opinions not fact.
