In terms of the pending halt of the BMSPF, this is not an error but a reality for non reporting Pink Sheets companies.
This does not change the score for me one bit. I came to the realization that if BMSPF did not secure a sufficient offtake in a timely way, my very large investment will disappear. If BMSPF actually secures said offtake and builds their plant, needless to say, BMSPF will start reporting and will likely change stock exchanges. This pending halt goes away!
So, what we need is not to just keep the stock trading, but much more importantly, we need a real company with offtakes and a revenue producing plant.
Bull
Yea I got the same message. Frustrating. I'm hoping it's an error. Seems like there should be a way to buy but the rule was created to protect me from MMs. I don't get it.
Phillip
TDAmeritrade notified me this week I will not be able to buy BMSPF. Only sell it because it does not meet new SEC rule. I thought all the SEDAR filings met that requirement given BMSPF is a Canadian company.
Not sure if this is good news or bad (or just a coincidence), but the Port approved a couple of leases with ADA Carbon Solutions which is already active at the Port. Sounds similar to Biomass, but looks like their process uses coal . . .

L2 is getting interesting - matter of time until we get into penny land here
just about every stock on the OTC had a run - BMSPF will have it's day
Wait, what I thought you had all the answers Mr. Know It all Guy. Go away, according to you we were supposed to break ground like 4 years ago.
Why above .o1 in July? Give us one good reason.
Hope to hear of some activity regarding that MOU with the Japanese company that is to aid in marketing their potential Biocoal product to Japan.....Getting that line open sounds like a key to getting the foot in the door for BMSPF. It definitely could help with getting that first real customer.
Best to all,
WW
Above .01 in July !!
tick tock - something's going on that's for sure
looks like no takers at .006, bid will move up, as soon as ask is hit we move into penny land!
looking forward to updates, hoping we see nickels soon
GO BMSPF
Yes, very thin
Less than 320k showing on Ask below .01 on Level 2.
Ask is thin, if they bought up on the ask we'd be over a penny
Eyes on BMSPF as soon as we get over .01
Solid bid now at .005
1.4M shares
Someone wants in BIG!
Hmmmm… they continue to keep the spread spaced pretty far.
.003 bid. .0073 ask.
Best to all,

Latest minutes from the Port. I mentioned several posts ago that I believed that the Port had a new code word for Biomass. I believe it's Project Milton......

Natchitoches
NATCHITOCHES PARISH PORT COMMISSION
April 19, 2021, Regular Meeting
Present were Nettles Brown, William Allen, Dan Simmons and K. David Zachary, Commissioners. Absent was Ralph Ingram. Also, present were Travis Tyler, Executive Director of the Port, and Mark A. Begnaud of McCoy Roberts & Begnaud, Ltd., legal counsel to the Commission.
A motion was made by Mr. Simmons, seconded by Mr. Allen, and duly carried to approve the minutes of the March 15, 2021, Commission meeting.
As part of the Director's Activity Report, Mr. Tyler reported: 1) approximately 110,000 tons of material has moved through the Port as of the end of March and the Port has received aggregate in April; 2) ADA has increased its rail usage and has begun moving into the warehouse; 3) Custom Commodities has installed an additional meter on its existing site; 4) Trac-Works completed its maintenance/repair of the rail spur in half a day; and 6) the Port made the first round of cuts for Project Titan, which is a company that needs approximately 150 acres and would infuse approximately $130 million in capital investment and provide 120 +/- jobs.
Also, as part of the Director's Activity Report, Mr. Tyler further reported: 1) representatives for "Project Drill" visited the site and seemed pleased. This company would bring in materials from India which would be crushed to use in drilling operations; 2) representatives for Project Milton visited the Port on March 29, 2021, and are working on securing funding for their project, which would use approximately 800,000 tons of timber and provide 200-250 jobs; 3) he, along with LED representatives, visited one of Project Green's facility in Texas; 4) he is working on potentially reducing insurance costs with various vendors; and 5) the Port of Shreveport may have locomotives available for sale.

This is good news indeed. I find this Middle Man (Daichu Corporation) has been in the biomass selling for 6 years by selling PKS to Japanese Power Producers. I believe BMSPF product is superior. The PKS specs are:
Specification
Moisture Content = < 18-25%
Calorific Value = ±4200 kcal/kg
Ash Content = < 5%
Fixed Carbon = 19.0 %
Packing = Loose Form
Torrefied Wood Pellets average 1-5% moisture, 1% ash and caloric value of 20-24 GJ per ton. The pellets contain more caloric value than PKS. PKS has about 1 million calories per pound and torrefied pellets have around 2.6 million calories per pound
When torrefied, the energy density of the material increases to roughly 10,500 btu/lb, it no longer contains the mix of volatiles, it does not absorb water (hydrophobic), it is equally easy to grind as carbon coal and is very easy to transport, and the material only loses about 15% of its calorific value while being 96% thermally efficient to produce.
If only we had some exposure and BIG volume.
514k shares traded today,
475k at or above .005!
Below .01 is still cheap in light of what's to come.
I totally agree that with the right set of news in the coming days/weeks, BMSPF could be $1.00/share or more!
Perhaps someone could start a "Reddit movement" on Reddit and post the recent news release explaining the story has just begun and it is a great time to get in!
What we need is for several BMSPF's investors to set up a social media blitz! So, as NIKE's tagline says, let's "Just Do It!"
BULL
And imagine if the Reddit crowd got a wind of this beauty, low float, almost locked up.
A buying spree would send this to $1 in one day
Imagine the price movement if we had 5 million share days!
It’s coming, the co needs to improve their communication to the investing public.
Right now no one is looking at this, may be a good thing for those hoping to pick up cheap shares ;)
467k traded so far
Mostly at .005 or higher
Bid .005
Ask .0073
Good to see some news out! Perhaps this MOU will be the starting point of more things to come.
Best to all,

OMG we have movement!!!
For the longest time I thought this was just going to die a slow death.
Great news! Now let’s see some movement.
Explains the vol we had recently
And it moves on air
Good news. It's been a long wait. I'm thinking that Daichu is playing the part of the middle man to mitigate the risk that the power companies didn't want to take by being the first to use the technology. Good move.
Phillip
PR out!
https://tech.einnews.com/pr_news/542768324/biomass-secure-power-inc-signs-mou-with-daichu-a-japanese-trading-company
Daichu must have a few customers already interested in a long term supply agreement. Great news!
Always seems to be strange out there....
Seems a bit odd to always keep the ask so much higher than the bid when there hasn't been very much buy activity for some time. The ask actually jumped up to .007 for a while today when the bid was still down around .002.
I thought it was strange that it could have been had for .003 yesterday when the ask dropped, and yet there are almost as many buys today at .0067 as there were at .003 yesterday. Actually, ask has been much lower than .0067 for a long time, with few buys.
And you know there have to be orders in to buy just under the ask for weeks, but it just doesn't seem to want to drop just that tiny bit to execute them......Seems tough to get the ask to drop....
But at least there is a little activity out there now. It had been going weeks without a single trade.
Best to all,
WW
Yes level 2 is interesting right now. Any insight to what's going on?
Phillip
Buying activity
632k bid at .0035
Ask at .007
So true.
Insiders hold over 80%
Almost all buys today
Except for Last 2 trades of 62k and 9k at .004
Looks like somethings up, the float is locked up, this can move a few pennies with very little volume
Hoping for some real news
Looks like a little bit of trading activity out there today.
Best to all,
WW
The part about this that caught my eye was the additional two acres on the Red River and additional land. Minutes to the port meetings had discussed looking for additional land on their North Tract where biomass is at but also Port staff was also running a meeting at a neighboring port. I'm speculating this might be where the additional two acres will be obtained from.
Phillip
Thanks for posting, Neverhadawinner.

BMSPF has posted on SEDAR their May 12th update. Most is the same stuff.
I believe these comments are worth considering:
Governments around the world are requiring their power producers to reduce their CO2 emissions and
move away from coal. BSP believes that the time is ripe for our Torrefied product to be accepted into this
rapidly expanding market. BSP also believes that its Torrefied Biomass Briquettes will be a compelling
choice for power producers looking to convert from coal to a sustainable alternative. Power companies are preparing for an end to government fuel subsidies and looking for ways to control
costs. Drax has announce they are buying Pinnacle Pellets. This should force power companies to
consider long term fuel supply agreements to protect supply. Torrefied Biomass Briquettes offer a
sustainable, stable priced alternative
Two Japanese power companies have indicated that each will want ten million tonnes of Biocoal. They
have also stated that they do not want to be first to use technology but would want to be second.
Discussions are ongoing to try and rectify this
The Company has reached an agreement with the Port of Natchitoches to
increase the land leased from 75 to 90 acres plus an additional two acres on the Red River that will be
used to load and unload materials.
A medium sized power plant that currently burns coal could incur CAPEX in excess of $200 million to
convert to white wood pellets. This cost can be eliminated by converting to biocoal as little if any changes
have to be made to current equipment in the plants.
Well, I'm sure your gas prices still have a ways to go before catching up to us here in Commiefornia. We can't blame a ransomware attack though. Just our own stupidity.
Phillip
With the other pipeline shutting down this week, gas prices will skyrocket, putting the price of shipping and goods up even more. Lumber was already up over 300%......now its going to go higher. That will increase the cost of harvesting and shipping of biomass material to plants, as cost of Fuel for the heavy equipment and trucks rises.
Gas jumped over 40 cents per gallon overnight here in Texas....
Best to all,
WW
Yes, it does seem that the lumber companies would still go after the "prime" condition lumber and leave the other, not so good stuff for the Biomass guys. Which is a good thing.....
I also saw some news that the Canadian gov was still giving out some funding to 8 or 9 biomass companies. They were in British Columbia, which why it caught my eye, but unfortunately, BMSPF was not one of them. So still not this company.....but, there still seems to be interest growing in the area of Biomass.
Yep, been here forever. A little longer won't hurt.
Best to all,
WW
The other thing that I read about the supply chain is that the timber industry closed a boat load of mills and that is where the bottleneck is. Perhaps selling whole logs to biomass won't be impacted as much but I imagine that labor could be a bottleneck. Why use your labor pool for low value logs if there's demand for the expensive stuff. My understanding though is the area around Natchitoches is economically depressed so maybe the labor pool is okay in that region.
Like you, iin still here also. 21 years now so I'll go down with the ship at this point if that's the case. I guess I'm sedimental over the potential this company has. No point in selling at these prices anyway.
Phillip
Here's my thoughts on this....
The price of lumber/timber has jumped a great deal in the last year. I've been doing a lot of work around my property in the last year, so have been to Lowes and Home depot quite often. Covid does not seem to have slowed down contractors and people making home repairs. These stores have been packed with people going out the door with loads of wood. Every day is like a weekend.....
And they haven't slowed down building of houses in developments here in Texas. Just in my small town area, they have built a number of huge developments in the last year. Thats a lot of lumber. And that is just in this area. Imagine the entire state....Couple that with the trouble they are having with getting things shipped on time, the shortages, the demand, and that is going to make the price go up quickly.
Also, the "Dead tree" timber that was readily available for bio mass companies to processed is now in the sights of Lumber companies who want to harvest it to keep up with demand for housing construction. Standing lumber that is dead is still good for lumber for a year or two if it drys properly. After that, not so good. A lot of log home companies are harvesting dead trees to build their homes for customers. So that is going to take away some timber that biomass companies were counting on. And that will also drive up the price even more.
A few years ago, you could get your dead timber for a little bit of nothing, since you were just doing a good deed and clean out the under brush. Now you have to pay for it, or beat the lumber companies to it. So all of this will definitely affect the Biomass companies in one way or another.
But, Im still here. LOL
Best to all,
WW
This company seems to get hit by external circumstances every time there's the most remote possibility that it can get moving. I'm looking at timber prices right now and wondering if this is the next circumstance after Covid that will put another nail in the coffin. Does anyone else have any thoughts on this?
Phillip
Thanks for that update, Phillip.
Best to all,
WW
I was keeping an eye on the port minutes. They use code words for protects that are publicly traded companies. Biomass used to be Project Skate. They stopped talking about it completely. They have a new project that could be biomass that started showing up in the minutes when they stopped talking about Skate. I'm keeping an eye on that one. Lots of news but not sure if it's our company.
Phillip
Been quiet too long......Any info, good or bad, just to let us know if they still had a heart beat would be welcomed.
Best to all,
WW
