The part about this that caught my eye was the additional two acres on the Red River and additional land. Minutes to the port meetings had discussed looking for additional land on their North Tract where biomass is at but also Port staff was also running a meeting at a neighboring port. I'm speculating this might be where the additional two acres will be obtained from.
