I know exactly the platform you're referring to Dawg. If BSEG is able to pull this off with films and creating content, using films in the same way as a property, this would be insane for the BSEG and of course the stock.
What's amazing is that platform is separate from BSEG parent company and would not dilute the stock. I get exactly what the CEO is talking about.
Been in business for 18 years... much better than 99% of the diluted pigs on OTC.
Whats your beef? You invested here, watched this one video now are a basher.
I mean short the stock then if you dont like it, ill gladly pick up some cheap BSEG help me and others out here.
That video was 100% absolutely horrible - and from a production company - it looked so sad in contrast to that well-produced hottie Ana Berry. Joke.
The crinkled world map in the background was just the icing on the ridiculous cake.
Joke city.
Your lack of knowledge here is showing... They are explaining to investors how they are raising funds to build a crowdfunding portal, so that anyone in the entertainment industry and beyond can invest in media.
Literally what the SAG and WAG strikes are about how they dont get residuals... now writers, actors, investors, public, anyone and everyone who likes a project on the slate, and even works on that project can invest in it, in their own work also. Actors, Writers, Prod crew can paid for working in the project, and simultaneously invest in their own work, which if successful then could bring them extra residuals for their work, as well as the investing public.
Youre bitching about someones hair LMFAO.
Pathetic post, I mean truly pathetic... know the company is doing something right bashers are out.
Sandro Monetti is the Entertainment liason to the English Monarchy, and a regular entertainment columnist for multiple outlets.
WTF - for a media production or any company the quality of the production blows! The crinkly reflective map - that dude's hair - the camera work - shitty lighting - WTF is going on here!? is this is a joke, really, is this some kind of gag they're playing.

$BSEG News - Big Screen Entertainment Group Unveils Innovative Reg D Offering Propelling $75 Million Film Fund Launch
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BSEG/news/Big-Screen-Entertainment-Group-Unveils-Innovative-Reg-D-Offering-Propelling-75-Million-Film-Fund-Launch?id=413210
I have two words for you: good luck.
If you, the FBI or the company attorney need clarity, let me be clear:
I think BSEG is a bad investment for many reasons
I think the stock will do poorly
I do not see how they will raise capital through a S3
I hope, predict look for a reverse split, because I will SHORT the stock.
If there is anything in my wording that you or someone else thinks needs legal or department of justice investigation, roll the dice because I love to SHORT stocks and I do not hide behind that.
There is a reason hedge fund managers make the amount of money they do, and it is because more company stocks go down yearly than go up.
Easier to predict a failing company, than a successful company.
I will leave you with these 2 words ........
Good Luck
I appreciate the sentiment for my luck... You will be hoping for a long while maybe forever, considering in the 1st Emerging Growth conference that BSEG had at around minute:second mark 19:30 - to about 22:00 CEO literally talks about growing shareholder value, not reversing (and if I remember correctly specifically stated that RS's usually destroy shareholder value, and wouldnt use that).
I wish you the best of luck in your investment. It would appear as of you did more homework than me and you will reap the rewards.
Good Luck, as I am sure you don't need my words of encouragement.
Truth is I am predicting a reverse split and once that happens the stock will most likely go down.
I look for companies that do reverse splits because those stock go down 100% of the time.
I am hoping for that in BSEG
The FBI might accept a complaint and open a file on that poster. When is something an opinion and when is it something else. Perhaps the company or its attorney should set up an appointment after all the Feds are only a few blocks away on the same street.
The joke is on you because literally everything you say here you just make up. Must be a nice reality when you can make up stuff.
Salaries were paid with the revenue positive revenue, and positive net income. Im guessing if you actually read the income statement you would see that and it would probably fall under Sales, General and Admin.
As per the live recording or not... the Q&A is live, but since they really only have a few minutes, a pre-recording is great, as it can also show various imagery and content that you wouldnt be able to just looking at a face live.
Except that your opinion is incorrect... no names you are right... however you came out of nowhere and start talking about toxic lending which this company has never done nor entertained...
This isnt a billion + share stock that is ready for dilution on a whim...
The Reg D offering is to build a crowdfunding platform that will allow investors, creators, and realistically anyone invest in the projects they like and potentially earn a share in the revenue in it from what I can tell.
Some might say that about your prior posts on other stocks and other boards when you call people WEAK and LYING and Stupid Human Beings!! You say what you hope will make you money on your short positions and fire away with bullets made of words, assumptions of your own making on how a company will fail or succeed. BSEG is small but loaded with talent, experience in the industry and their new president is a Fulbright scholar. During the pandemic they stayed busy preparing, writing and producing. They are survivors regardless of your doom and gloom. When you say they are inept, now who is lying.
I don't say your misinformed or promotional for your position in BSEG.
Name calling me or putting tags on me is childish.
My opinion on BSEG is what it is.
Your opinion is what it is.
One of us will make money or not lose money, while one will lose money
Let us see what happens
Did any or all of the other presenters pre-record?
You are misinformed, or just bashing.
Investing is about making decisions quickly.
Successful investing (ie, making a profit) is about predicting things before they happen.
Last month they pre recorded the emerging growth conference presentation, which I think is a bad decision.
The press release they issued about today's presentation stated the same thing - a pre recording.
Then a S3 announcement. who in their right mind would invest in that?
if I am right, and they get no one to invest, the stock will go down because the only other way they will get capital is to do some form of toxic financing which will drive the stock to 0001.
Putting that aside, this management team is inept, so that means even if they did raise money through the S3, the stock will go down because they are looking to raise $500,000. Forst and foremost $500K is nothing and that is probably going to be used to pay their salaries or repay expenses. And even if they didn't use the money to repay salaries, what is $500K when it comes to film production?
What a joke.
So you were ready to blast them even before the presentation started and did you short today before the show? You realize of course that the question and answer was live don't you??? Or didn't you wait to hear it. I notice the price dropped right before the program started. You struck again.
I posted during the presentation.
I do short stocks and always look for inept management teams, balance sheets that have toxic financings and businesses that make no sense to me.
From prior posts you appear to short stocks before blasting them.
You posted that BEFORE the presentation was over.
It is an embarrassment - they don't give a live presentation. They give a pre-recorded presentation.
They make no money
They lose money every year
They are talking about a Reg D offering which makes no sense.
They have no institutional ownership
They don't have an investment banking firm
The CEO surrounds herself with people that sound and look like they have no business experience.
If this company raises $500,000 I will lose all hope in humanity.

A puppy can grow to a nice size.....then let the big dog eat. We have what Netflix, Hallmark, Disney, Apple, and Amazon are in need of. Nice spot to be in for BSEG.
Its nice to see it more towards its current book valuation though.
Company indicates it is moving from strength to strength. The public will catch on as they continue their presentations. I am pleased but content to sit back and let it be found. Not too important to me as to what today's price is because the future is bright.
$BSEG would love to see silver today!!! To start the labor day weekend!!!
$BSEG Now we rolllllinnnnnnnnnn!!!!
$BSEG Bids now sitting at 0.04... will the 0.045s be cleared open the way to 0.05 possibly!!!
All the fall TV shows and streaming shows demand content. This year with the writers and production strike, BSEG will be in unusual demand and they are ready to supply it.
$BSEG large order taken off the ask... depending on whats there runway looking clearer and clearer.
Soon more eyes will be on this. Next week is an emerging market presentation. Your post is excellent about what the higher price of the stock means!
Thats true... if the stock price is raised the REG D offering will look so enticing to investors just for the arbitrage opportunity.
I think the stock shows up as restricted also... so Reg D investors will hold those for at least a year.
But say the stock gets to 0.09 and $1000 gets you about 11k shares... accredited investors will come in and scoop up 0.03's and get 33k shares for the same amount knowing the stock price is already higher than purchase price... what an opportunity.
Thats $1000 for 33k shares and if the price is higher say 0.09 in this case would be arbitrage of about
$3000 gain of 2k off the bat. Just gotta wait a year and then unrestrict those.
They only doing 16 million about also in this Reg D not a big number, using the decent amount to really get going on building the film fund and expanding the operations/productions.
Then yes you also have the supreme prospect of all of us investing now, being able to catapult this company to the next BIG stage.
The higher stock price will bring in more awareness to the Reg D opportunity for investors in this first class company. Remember the add Wendy's put out with Clara Peller asking "Where's the beef"? BSEG has built up significant content for release this fall and winter since they are independents and not on strike. They have the beef! This year and next are going to be rewarding to investors.
